First time ever at a Potbelly’s. We were out of town and wanted something to tie us over until dinner on Father’s Day.Ordered the Farmhouse salad and a fountain Dr. pepper. Salad was excellent…very fresh, crisp and a good portion. Dr. Pepper was like out of the bottle…not over carbonated like a lot of fountain drinks are at a lot of places.Inside and outside seating area was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Felt abundantly welcomed and safe.Staff was extremely helpful, polite and courteous. Great job!Highly recommended establishment and would certainly choose again when in the area!
Horrible customer service and service, took them 20 minutes waiting past the pick up time for them to even acknowledge I was there. Then they only talked to me once I started to talk loud at them from across the room. The worst part my food was sitting on a table in the back of the kitchen since I had gotten there they just let it sit there instead of putting it out to be picked up. The old lady working there walked around with her hands in her pocket the entire time and did nothing. This is my first time going to this place and I don’t care how good the food it I will never eat at one of the restaurants again.Update- the food wasn’t even that good….
It a hit on miss on getting your food on time. Depending on who working that day. The food was great.
Bought a salad from here that had avacado which was brown and the lettuce in the salad was going bad. I did not eat this and will NOT be visiting this location again.
Stopped in for lunch. Place was not crowded and we were served quickly. The food was well prepared and good. I ordered the "A Wreck" original size sub sandwich which was very good. The restaurant itself was clean and well kept. The employees were nice and courteous, and functioned as a good assembly line. The prices were decent, and pretty much competitive with other restaurants of this style. They did have a Mobile Order Pick-Up area.
A bit pricey, but I was so happy with this place's food. It was so flavorful. Dipping your sandwich in the warm soup amazing. The cheddar and broccoli soup was very good.
New to the area, ordered here for the first time through Uber Eats. They gave me the completely wrong order, which I wasted my discount promo code on. Making matters worst the sandwich I received, which I almost bit into contained what I assume is pork salami which I don't eat for a variety of reasons. Really grossed me out and upset me, on top of that it looked sloppy and unappealing. Needless to say I will never order from here again.
Definitely one of the best fast-food subs you can get. This place can get pretty backed up at rush times but the employees are nice and can't help the understaffing issues. This place makes great subs, highly recommend coming here!

I ordered online and they told me that my order would be ready to pick up at 12:37. To make a long story short it is now 1:21 and I still don’t have my food. To make matters worse I Have seen several people walk into the store , stand in line , order their food and get their food before me. What the hell is the point of ordering in advance if I will wait longer then if I walked in? Not a good experience.
