Had a great experience, the staff went out of their way to ensure my meal was correct and delicious! Wish I could eat here every day, but I’ll stick with once a week for the sake of my waistline :)
They had basically nothing that we wanted. I asked for surf and turf they only had spicy and no tenders so tried to substitute chicken (also spicy) nuggets. No apple pies. No juice boxes for my daughter's meal. I ask for the beignets since there was no pie, they said they were dried up. At this point I'm like why are you open if you have nothing. I ask to just refund me because I didn't get anything I originally wanted. The manger comes and informs me that they have it but it would be 5 minutes. So now I'm thinking why these 2 guys lied. I've now been waiting more than 10 minutes and I haven't gotten my food yet. Worst experience!!!I just knocked on the window to see what was taking so long they didn't even remember me. I think I have to call corporate about this....I'm boiling angry at this point.After 25 minutes we got our food. Get all the way home and 2 of the meals have no fries/side. ?
Ordered a 3 piece white meat meal only to get home and find out once again it was wrong. And for the person who answered the phone, you should be fired for trying to argue with a customer.
The restaurant was very clean, staff was nice and courteous didn't really have to wait long for my order and the chicken was fresh.
Whatever I did to deserve these wings, I'm sorry Popeyes. I mean clearly I offended your honor cause in no way do I deserve these wings lol. Those crumbs in the bottom of the box not even from the chicken you gave me?Alas its all good I'll probably just go to a different location is all.
I would give no stars if I could. Went through the drive thru, speaker system was awful, he could barely hear me as he rudely let me know, and I had trouble hearing him as well. It was lunch time, I ordered the blackened tenders was told it would be a ten minute wait, I was said I would wait. Then he responded they were not serving blackened tenders that day. Too lazy to make them. They need a whole new staff, will not be going there again.
Did not have what I initially wanted. Did not give cocktail sauce w/ popcorn shrimp. Had to ask for certain things that should automatically come with said foods. Long wait for unsatisfied results.
As a Grub Hub Driver good service means my customers receive good service. The lady that was coming out to curbside customers was AWESOME. I watched her go above & beyond, after seeing an elderly customer confused about why only the drive thru was open. She took there order & made it happen without making the customer leave his parking spot. She was VERY NICE!I LOVE dealing with places that respect the fact that I am just doing my job as well. ❤❤ Thanks Popeyes Crain Hwy
The finally got my 2 piece order correct. But chicken doesn't seem to have that flavor of. Louisiana anymore.
Visited late, near closing and staff could not have been nicer. Very accommodating due to end of day and short on some items. We're able to make substitutions that we're agreeable to both, to my benefit. Best place/chain for fried chicken. Give it a try! Y'all come back now!
