Pizza ?was very good ; I had medium deep dish pepperoni ,brother had edge thin double pepperoni and mushrooms.They had plenty of parking and worker was very fast and nice . There is usually more than one person working .
I order from this location probably once a week and I'm always greeted by the same employee who is always so sweet and makes sure i yave everything i ordered. The pizza is always SO delicious and hot when I come to pick it up.

It's ok but it will never be the same as the older traditional pizza hut up the road w the big comfy seats and the fireplace in the middle and was always a great place to go to on the budget lol
They mess up the order, not providing what was paid for and won’t even answer the phone. Ruined our night having to drive all the way there to get our money back. They don’t deserve repeat business.
I was delivered the wrong order and called to have the mistake rectified. I was told that they would rectify the situation (which they ended up doing) but the manager called me back and almost implied that I was just trying to get free food. I typically order from here with no problems and no complaints so I was a bit taken aback to be made to feel like I was lying. At the end of the day I received my meal in the correct way and it was delicious but I do not like the implication that I was attempting anything other than getting the food that I ordered.
I ordered cheese crust pizza as you advertised that more than a half-pound of cheese on this pizza but unfortunately someone made it just by sprinkling cheese on my pizza. So what you advertise then follow it, stop making fool to the public. I was very dissatisfied with my order, called the store after one hour but no one picked up the phone.
Pizza sauce, and stuffed crust were really good, was here with in 1/2 hour, was hot, like right out of the oven hot. Was better than the other locals that deliver by a long shot, good sauce
I order my pizza online the cashier was friendly and greeted me with a smile. I request garlic butter and plates it was given to me. But I should’ve did is open my box and check the pizza before I left the resturant my fault I assumed the pizza topping was only cheese what could go wrong. Pizza Hut was in the same parking as the hotel we were staying so the kids was excited to eat pizza and watch movies. I open the box the kids said ewww it looks nasty and tasted it and left it on. The plate so I wasted my money. The presentation was horrible, and the pizza was cold and dry.
I’ve been to this location 2x in the recent past placing a to go order in person. PH growing up was my FAVORITE pizza spot! I’m thankful they still in business but I’m disappointed that I don’t enjoy my pizza from this chain anymore.This location in particular each time I was greeted and dealt with by very friendly n professional staff. Dining area could be cleaned a little better but my food each time was not bad. Pizza both times were hot and fresh but last visit I added wings and they were room temperature and drowning in oily sauce. Why was my pizza hot and wings not?Overall, I enjoy PaPa Johns more because the quality and taste is satisfying. I will possibly give PH another try if I’m near by but I won’t plan to go here.
