Made an online order recently and when I went to pick up my order the staff was rude and completely ignored me as I heard them joking and laughing about not looking in my direction to see how long I would wait at the drive up window. I waited and recorded just to see how long they would continue providing horrible service and after 5-10 mins I rang the bell again. The guy came over after the girl walked off, as if saying "not me", with an attitude and then told me they couldn't find my order under the name in which i made the online order and showed them on my phone. I gave them my number and showed them the email with the confirmation that included my name number and email and they magically found my order but said it was under another name. The employee also continued to ignore me asking why they took so long to come over when I could clearly see them standing there talking and laughing about not coming to the window. It was completely rude and inconsiderate. This used to be my go to pizza hut but between them skimping on the marinara sauce and giving me a completely dry pizza and now having to deal with being served by rude employees I guess PH is off my list. Based off of the increased bad reviews recently I'm guessing no one cares. Don't let your terrible employees ruin your business and turn customers away when there are plenty other pizza options in the area.
I did a build my own pizza and was happy with the amount of toppings and freshness
I order from here pretty consistently. It's disappointing when you spend almost $90 and you receive all the pizzas like this. Also not sure if they changed their pan style pizza but this just isn't it.
My fiancé and I decided on Pizza Hut from the location near us and it was horrible. It was flavorless and the crust was flat. It was not thick and buttery like the traditional original pan pizza crust. What happened? It’s ashamed you have to put any stars at all to write the review.
Get the order right. I ordered a personal pan pizza with extra marinara sauce and no cheese. I also ordered a stuffed crust pizza with white sauce and with cheese. However, both were made with marinara and no cheese. I ate the stuffed crust, but only because it was too cold to think about going back for a remade pizza.
Drive up window was fast and customer service outstanding. Nice to be greeted with a smile always. Pizza was also amazing, fresh, thin and crispy to a tee.
I have loved Pizza hut all my life. Wish I could find a t-shirt, I wear it. I work with a good crew of people (all men) that love a different pizza style. Today was about me, so order my favorite pizza hut, they even worked out the size to accommodate everyone choice of topping. U Rock pizza hut.
I ordered PH because my daughter loves your salad, she is a very picky eater, so when I ordered on like I asked for the zesty Italian dressing, then also followed it up with a phone call. Also I paid extra to get Cream Cheese icing for her. When the order came, it came with light Italian dressing. she ended up not eating any of her lunch and had to go get something else for her.
There were minimal toppings and paid for extra cheese on both pizzas got neither. Pizza was over cooked and over all subpar. Also it was 45 min over estimated time. Was not a good experience. Usually have very good experiences today definitely not.
The store on the Wawa shopping center is amazing! I love that they have a drive thru. The associates are always awesome. My pizza is always hot and delicious. I rarely have to wait past the allotted time crime they give when I place the order.
