Pizza had two incorrect toppings on it. Toppings were all piled in the middle of the pizza with little to no cheese. Some pieces were just (thin) dough, sauce & toppings. The whole pizza was just totally unappetizing. Then, I found TWO beard or god forbid pube hairs on my cheese sticks. The manager was very sweet, she gave me a credit for the meal, but after finding the hairs on the cheese sticks, I think I’m going to call back and just ask for a full refund as I don’t want to order from this location again.
The food is always hot and fresh. Papa John's is #1especially this location.
The greatest delivery was a head of schedule, food was hot,and was enjoyed, everyone was happy
As a Grub Hub Driver good service means my customers receive good service. I had an issue delivery my last order while I received this order. It took me longer then it should to arrive & pick up. The staff was great about it & so were the Outback Staff that the food was going to. I always try to be honest & take blame if it's my fault. Apologies go along way in this market!I LOVE dealing with places that respect the fact that I am just doing my job as well. ❤❤ Thanks Papa John's Staff
We ordered a pizza they said it would be about 45 minutes when the guy came we had our lights on and my husband was outside the guy went to the house across the street my husband told him he thought it was our pizza we don’t know if he left the pizza or not but he said he would be right over and left. We called to find out what was going on with our pizza the answering machine said it be delivered in 12 minutes we waited about 20 minutes and called to talk to a manager he acted like he didn’t know what the driver did and said he would make us another pizza and it would take about 30 minutes to be delivered we live about 5 minutes away so my husband said he would come pick it up.The pizza was ready when he got there. We have been getting pizza from here for years after tonight I’m not sure.
Thought I had already reviewed this location but I’m giving them 5 stars because I’ve been about 4-5 times over a few months and EACH TIME my experience was great!It’s familiar faces when I go but I always interact with someone different and it’s rare you will get equal/same performance with different people but here everyone is ALWAYS friendly and professional.EACH visit my food was fresh hot and tasted good!!! The restaurant always appears clean and organized which is very appreciated as well. Tonight I gobbled my food up it was too good ? Sausage pizza & old bay wings!
I was hungry, my pizza arrived on time and it was good can't complain.
Great place for pizza. Had it delivered late and was very speedy. The stuffed crust is nothing less than exceptional, but the poppers were a lacking on the cheesy filling.
