I really like going to this Panera because it is conveniently located and the food is good, but I wait anywhere from 15+ minutes to get my food! If I go to this location, I prepare to be there for a little while since I know my food won’t be ready quickly. On the positive, I really enjoy the way that they make their smoothies here! The employees are friendly and the facility is clean. The day that the service becomes a little quicker I’ll gladly give a 5th star!

I see staffs walking around doing noting, but no one wants to come and take my order. I have to speak up to get a help and one unprofessional woman came and throw a couple of cups never ask for my phone #.I will never come to this location

Sooooo much better than the Linthicum location!A side note: seeing too many negative bot reviews and/or people lying lately. Like the review below posted by "Gelisia" lying about getting a sample size amount of soup but in the picture of her food you can clearly see where her bowl WAS full at some point before she took the picture. Google please address liars & bots! #youaintgottoliecraig

Dirty floors, untrained people food was fair, the wait was really long, on the whole clearly not a Panera location to meet someone at.

The bathrooms were utterly disgusting!! I had to use the bathroom before I ordered and so glad I did. I couldn’t stomach to eat there.Women’s bathrooms are pretty nasty but when my fiancé stated the men’s bathroom was just as dirty, I turned around and left.

i always love their bagels always friendly and quick service!

Only 2nd time I've eaten at a Panera, but it was pretty good. The food is served hot. I had a roast beef sandwich. There could have been a little more beef, but it was decent.

I like Panera they have good flatbread pizza I like the atmosphere I'm surprised to see a microwave inside and I love the fireplace

This was a horrible experience at this location, Panera Bread usually has a high standard for customer service. I ordered my salad without peanuts and sure as a I ate into it on the route home, I tasted peanuts.I returned to this location to explain my concerns to Eric, the manager and he mockingly and condescendingly responded to my concerns. Where is the accountability or even apology for the mishap, I guess manners and common courtesy is too expensive. I requested to speak to his manager and filed a complaint at corporate and 2 weeks later there is no response on either end.Save yourself the hassle and bypass this location.

I use this location often when I am out running errands. It is near multiple stores and easily accessible. Usually not crowded but often busy for curbside pick up during the warmer months.
