I've been to a lot of restaurants. Noodles and Company have been around for a good time now. But this is the first time I've tried their food. And I must say it was pretty good. I asked for my dish to be prepared a certain way and the kitchen did exactly the way I asked. I will definitely be back
Dirty, nasty front doors, floor was disgusting with trash everywhere on the floor and they were not busy at all!! The employees were walking around doing nothing while their were so much cleaning they could do while they weren't busy!! But no I don't suggest you eat at this location at all! Because if the front where everybody can SEE and especially their paying customers who sit and dine in is nasty!! I can only imagine what the back kitchen looks like!! So no do not suggest anyone to eat at this location!!
Slow i order online and i waites 10 minutes inside with not other customers around untill 5 mins in when someone else whompreorder came and waited. It was 10 mins past the time it aaid ti would be ready. Then i got my noodles under cooked and i told them and they told me no that how it was supposed to be. Ive been going to noodles for 12 years no its not.
This was my first time visiting a Noodles & Company. The people were very friendly. The menu was clear and easy to read. The food was pretty great actually. The BBQ mac was amazing and the pad Thai was pretty good but I'd recommend and Thai spot. Overall very happy with my experience. Everything was very clean as well.

Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, service was quick, and good was delicious. I love the pad Thai and the pot stickers. Awesome combination.
We stopped in for what used to be an incredible place to eat but what the HECK has happened recently? From the quality of the food to the customer service, this place was horrible. When we get to the counter we were greeted by one of the most stand offish, no customer service skilled persons we've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. There was no Hello, Hi, Welcome, How can I assist you. Instead he seemed as if we were being a burden to him and he told us that if we wanted something it would take 25 minutes. We told him we were fine with that and then he went back to doing other things rather than take our order right then, for almost 5 minutes we were standing there not being helped. When we finally got to order it just felt like we needed to hurry or rush through it as he seemed very disengaged and disinterested in helping us. WE SHOULD HAVE CANCELED OUR ORDER AND LEFT RIGHT THEN, but for some reason we stayed and waited and waited waited and waited for almost 35 minutes before our order was ready. When we got it, needless to say we were thoroughly unimpressed. We have eaten here plenty of times in the past (like maybe a year and a half ago as we rarely get to this side of town anymore because we moved) and can honestly say it was great. They must have someone new managing this place because it has become an absolute train wreck. One of the items we ordered was a Caesar salad and it did not come with any dressing so I went to the counter to ask for some and the person behind the prep area asked me why and what for, WHAT kind of question is that to a customer? Does it matter what I needed it for, it's a salad dressing, a condiment for goodness sake. Just give me the silly Caesar dressing. They make you really feel like you are unwelcome here and that they could care less about earning your business. Needless to say we WILL NOT be returning to this location until they get it back in order. Too many other good restaurants to choose from in the area that can earn my dollar!
I've never had a problem with this location before. My dumplings were white and soft who wants to eat that. Then my pesto pasta had two different noodles and tasted like just butter. Absolutely no pesto flavor at all eventhough it was covered in green stuff barely tomatoes and just nasty. I spent 14.46 on food inedible food. It was what after 6 when I picked it up. All week waiting to pick a place to eat and this was what I got. Well Laurel you got me back.
My pad Thai had everything I asked it not too and nothing I wanted. didn't even have my protein choice. my potstickers came without sauce and were cold as well. probably my most disappointing meal from here ever.
Food is good although they seem to be severely understaffed. There were 3 people back making food and one person up front to run the register, assemble the bags of food, and run food out to the pick up parking spots.
