First I will say - the customer service is exquisite. I asked for a refund for the guacamole and they obliged immediately. I was given the wrong item. BUT I will say, make sure you know that there is a different in the side of guacamole and their actual hand made guacamole.But….This is a joke right? Quesadilla….tiny bit of cheese, over cooked salty meat, but all wrapped in a delicious ? tortilla. The salsa does taste fresh and was really good so if you’re in the market for salsa and tortillas, this is your place. Otherwise, Taco Bell down the street will be your better bet.
I've lived in Dallas and Houston; I've also visited Austin regularly and this is still my favorite AUTHENTIC Mexican spot! I'm sure there have to be some in Texas, but I haven't found them yet. Also, if the menu isn't in Español, I don't want it!!Got the taco salad with chicken and queso with chips, they were both great. The chicken tasted so good, seasoned perfectly. The chips tasted like they were baked on site not sure if the are, either way they were great. Mexican themed décor. Staff is very friendly. You are also able to place carry out orders. Quality and price are both on point. Will return my next trip home!!!
The combination orders are well worth the price and a large portion of delicious food ?
Service was good but when I ordered the Spanish shrimp cocktail I specifically asked for little to no jalapenos in it ... I had to pick through it to get them out ... There was the equivalent of one to two jalapenos in there they stop small so I spent more time picking the jalapenos out than I actually did getting to eat. That part I was not happy about which means the kitchen doesn't know how to listen to what the customer is requesting. Thank God I'm not allergic to them, I just don't like that much spice!!
normally I would recommend this place, today the service was bad , the waiter was not friendly didn't check up on the table. Got my order wrong. When I said something he acted like it was my fault. I think they decriminate against me because I don't speak Spanish. I will think twice about coming back, the food is good when its right, I will just do carry out next time.
I've never ordered carryout from here until today, let me just say never again!I ordered the fajita Texans and an order of cheese sauce, after picking up and driving 20 minutes home, no soft shell fajitas were in my bag, the supposed to be grilled onions/ peppers were bathing in water, nasty! The shrimp tasted like it was not cooked enough. Shame I paid almost $25.00 for my order and it went in the trash!I made them aware of my experience and they asked me if I wanted to come back to get my fajita shells....umm no, it takes me 20 minutes to get there!Disappointed and won't go back!Happened today 4-13-2022 at 3pm!
This is my family's go to place for Mexican food. The staff is the same every time and they are great. The restaurant is clean and inviting and the food is delicious.
Two words: tableside guacamole!!My best friend and I went there for her birthday celebration this week. And I have to say I fell in love with the place the minute I walked in the door. It was so Mexico in colors and decor it really touched my heart. But the food there is amazing I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. I had the steak fajitas and my friend had the chicken fajitas and they were delicious and the sides that they serve with them plenty of food you will go away with the doggie bag unless you eat a lot of food. But I do hope that if you are craving Mexican food and you're in the neighborhood that you'll check it out they're very friendly the service is top notch and the food is matched only by the service.
Went in for an early lunch. It was nice to get in quickly. Servers were quick and attentive, but not overly so. Lunch came with fresh made chips and fresh salsa.Food came quick and was amazing. I would go here more often if I could, but it's a 25 minute trip and there's usually a bit of a wait because it's so popular.
great dining, love eating here with family
