The dual lane order operation is pretty bad. They take orders from both lanes, then when the lanes come back together it's just a mess, and finally they only use 1 pick up window even though they're using both order lanes. The quality is basic for most McDonald's. They used their pinch trick too for my order of fries so that it would only be half full. Didn't think it would be difficult to find something on the par near work that was quick.Update 2022: Stopped here to grab a quick lunch and it has gone even further down hill. Not only were the fries half full, but the soda had zero ice in it, but at the same time tasted watered down. I'm grabbing lunch to get back to work quickly. I don't have time for garbage service.

This one of my favorite McDonald's. It is one of the best kept secrets in Glen Burnie. The staff is courteous and quick!
Food is okay, but at times mistakes have been made, drive thru and dining in. Please do better.
I’ve never had any issues with this location and always order here when I am around but the last time I was there they were so rude. When I asked for the manager she didn’t speak any English and seems like they need more training on online orders. Don’t feel like going here again after that day.
This place has always been a great experience! The fries are fresh and never too greasy, but the burgers have a tendency to be overly greasy, but the great view makes up for it, displaying an amazing view of the scenery, would go to again
Once I paid for my order, I forgot to get my self a soda. I asked the female employee, if she'd mind adding a large Coke onto my order.She was very nice, didn't charge me, && handed me the large cup.
This is one of the updated and clean McDonald's. Food is hot, made to order and well presented. The staff are friendly. Service is fast. There is usually a deal going on as well.9/10 visits have been a good experience, which is pretty good for a McDonald's.
I had a taste for a sweet tea and ice cream cone. Just one of those days. It was a little strange as the person working the drive-thru asked me what size tea I wanted. No one has ever asked me that as I thought it only came in one size for $1.
