I’d give zero stars, if possible. I seem to have an issue almost every time I go here. Today, I went through the drive thru, asked for a number 7 meal (2 cheeseburger meal) and they rang it all up as individual items, adding a few dollars. When I asked about it, I was told, “we don’t have a cheeseburger meal.” After 5 minutes explaining that it is an actual meal because I WAS LOOKING AT IT ON THEIR DRIVE MENU and them finally fixing it, I approached the window to pay where I received an attitude for their mistake. FINALLY I LEAVE and get home to eat and find out they GAVE ME THE INCORRECT ITEMS. This place is a joke. Eat at the Wendy’s next door.
The guy in there complained about everyone ordering a big breakfast. U got my order went back to the motel looked in the bag he forgot ? my ?. Went back to the restaurant told him what happened not even a I'm sorry ? or anything. But it's ok I ordered a sausage McMuffin he placed the ? in my bag and the lady put the McMuffin in my bag I had a free meal well worth it ?
I always enjoy my hamburger happy meal with extra fries in a white milk but it's terrible when they leave you sitting at the drive-thru for over 5 minutes and don't come back to take your order and then that top notch
I didn't like the way they treated me. I went shopping today and they treated me badly, besides yelling at me, I asked for a sauce and they gave me the sauce they wanted. very bad service
I came to the window ordered a Big Mac he asked if my order was correct I said yes sir . The employee was offended because it's a He/She and started going back and forth with me at the window . I tried to correct him that I was being polite and it wasn't trying to offend him and he said he's not a sir started cussing getting upset. I will never understand if a guy is a guy and want to be portrayed as a girl how they are offended by being addressed as what he is which a man especially when they're voice still sound manly . Everyone has their preference which is okay no judgement however just inform other what you want to be addressed as .
Ordered on my mobile app today. Order number 1614 and 1615Both orders had a large fri and there was hardly enough fries for a medium in them. 1/4 Lb burger was not cooked fresh.These are things that normally do not happen. But today, not a happy customer. I eat fast food about once a week and what place I choose is normally decided by quality and service, and how full the fries are is a byproduct of service. So you missed on both today.I will say the fries tasted good and hot.
I was at the drive through and ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes one with extra hot fudge and one with m&ms as a topping. I was given two mc flurries with m&ms and so we went back though the drive through. They gave us one hot fudge sundae and then when we told them that we wanted the other one correct as well. What looked to be the manger slammed the window open gave us huge attitude saying that we already got our things and then slammed it closed and brought us ANOTHER MC FLURRY WITH M&MS and we were not rude nor disrespectful so the attitude and ignorance that was received from her was ridiculous. You guys need to do better
Slowest, most incompetent staff from any single fast food place I have EVER been. Literally faster to just go home and make a burger. Only way it would even be what you ordered too.
Don't eat here, they slow with orders and they don't care. It's sad. Because it's always the young ones that rush your food.Only eat here for breakfast. It's a better crew and clean crew.
So I'll say food quality was great,service was great, cut clearly ya need to either train front line to talk Spanish so kitchen can understand orders when a Manger decides to put specail request and yell to back and not confirm she understood meeded my sandwich up and couldn't even go back cause I'm late for work
