don't pull every car out of the drive thru Line because you're worried about keeping your time down. All I got was a drink and was told to pull over, then when it came it was wrong
Every visit that you order food, you get parked. If you order coffee and it's not breakfast, good luck. They will give you bad coffee or park you and forget that you even ordered it. You have to wait more than 10 minutes for a mobile order of two double cheeseburgers and two fish fillets. This specific establishment at 7415 has gone so far downhill you should really go somewhere else if you want fast food.Edit: 20 minutes. They wait until they have three orders before they deliver the order.
After recently moving to the Glen Burnie area, I can say this is my least favorite location so far in the country.My girlfriend and I walked in since the drive thru line was exceptionally long and we ordered using the screens. Ours didn't give a receipt since the paper was out so we couldn't even dispute the order later....My girlfriend ordered a double filet o'fish and a vanilla ice-cream cone and I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese with a big Mac (for lunch the next day) and an oreo McCurry.Took 10 extra minutes after getting the food to get the treats and while standing there trying to get attention we were sort of ignored. When I said we were waiting on two items I heard "they still want the mcflurry and cone?".... yeah... I paid for it. This isn't a charity. Got in the car and my girlfriends double filet o' fish was a single... I still paid for the double and because their machine was out of paper it couldn't be disputed. A little disappointed, especially since the fries were old and dry and the patties on my burgers were abysmally dry. I could eat my shoe and it would be more juicy than those patties.So far I've given this place multiple chances and there's always something wrong. I'm not normally one to complain since people have their off days but 3 strikes, you're out.
One of the better McDonald’s in Glen.Burnie. Consistently good food and great customer service.
McDonalds fountain coke has forever changed my life, the hash browns are worth waking up early for and the new cinnamon bun is insane... nice step up.
Best McDonald's location in the area normally but today the service was not good. I ordered an unsweetened tea and got a sweet tea instead. My blood sugar went really high before I realized it was sweet tea.
Fantastic experience! had a guy in the parking lot try to rob me while ordering my food. little terrifying but the event taught me a valuable lesson about awareness. Life lessons AND affordable delicious food within minutes!!!! 10/10 would recommend

We come to McDonald'sMy client is in a wheelchair and Everytime we come here we noticed someone is in the handicap parking spot and there isn't a button to make the doors come open automatically it is definitely not a handicap accessible restaurant.
Do not come to this McDonald's.Worst by far.Can't even put a sandwich together right.Must need a degree to get the ingredients right.Smh. If you want to waste your money come here.My burger is over cooked.Check reviews clearly stats the problems here. This burger taste so bad
