Horrible service, there was a white lady on the phone the whole time and didn't pay no attention to none of the customers that were waiting for service, she said her name was "tina", so as customer that needs service I said HELLO, and she came to me with an aggressive attitude telling me that do not clap on her, all I needed was purchase a few items for my family dinner, I didn't visit this location to have a hard time as she tried to give me, if she would be doing her job instead of being on the phone none of the customers had to call her.The other customers said that they are filing out their surveys as well, so this type of review are not to nice for any company.I suggest that Little Caesar should enroll her in customers service training.
Pizza is raw on bottom, Crazy bread has hardly any garlic butter or parmaseanTook back...ask to leave in oven longer....never did...same result...not buy from this Little Ceasars
This location needs to change their slogan from hot n ready to hot n soggy they gave me a half cooked pizza tbh idk if it was even half cooked it was so Doughy I almost threw up and could only eat two slices
Absolutely insane!! There was only 2 people working and my order took more than an hour even when I placed it online. I don't blame the staff they did everything they could I do blame the manager who are very unorganized by not having enough people in the store.
I am not one to leave reviews this situation was bad eniugh that I feel the need to. Walked in around 5:30-6 pm Sunday & one of the cashiers was obviously having a rough time. 2/3 of the girls looked like they were crying. One Of the cashiers (blonde)explained they had no staff & I got to witness another customer yell at these poor kids which made the smallest one (green hair) cry even harder. Don't recommend going here they obviously treat their staff uunreasonably.The 3 who were working that shift were very kind& worked their a**es off. I've been to this location before and all 3 of those girls have clearly worked extremely hard. Came in not too long ago before this, the pink haired one and the green hair one (both glasses) cleared all of the orders in under 10 the rest of the staff had yet to do before they came in. Personally rate both of those girls 5 stars the location itsself is 1 for treating them like dirt.
3 employees have tested posted for Covid-19, yet refused to close the store for sanitary purposes and threatening employees to not say anything about the Covid-19’s issue. Also employees must return to work or be fired.
I waited 15 mins for a Pepperoni pizza and when I get into my car and taste the pizza it was room temperature. The employees in that store act like they had no idea how to operate any kind business or control orders. If you want pizza I suggest go to another Little Caesar's or Dominoes.
I do not recommend I sat in there for about 15-20 minutes waiting to be called on.Then you get ur pizza And it's not even done all the way the center of it needs to be cooked still??? Why does it say hot and ready. I had to ask him to cook my pizza more?I get my pizza he put it in the warmer not the oven so he cooked re cheese when I needed the doe cooked??SmhIf you can't cook pizza I need to stay out the kitchen.. This place sucks. I live near it, so I unfortunately frequent it and my orders have taken nothing short of an hour to 45 minutes consistently. I’d love to ask for a refund but usually there’s only one person actually working, while the ginger kid they got running the joint either looks flustered beyond belief at basic tasks or he’s hiding in the back of the store playing with some marinara. The place sucks please for your sake and your families sake go somewhere else
I went to my local Little Caesar which is located on 7562 Ritchie hwy glen burnie, MD 21061 earlier this evening to pick 4 pizzas up for dinner. Shortly after I ordered, I noticed the employees were not wearing gloves.
