Nice experience they are very fast customer service really great..the light skin manager and the guy with the long hair were really nice and funny and friendly always have good service when I stop here for my sub .
Fast, friendly, I ordered a mini that was the size of a regular. The condiments were being cut fresh while I was there, not from a precut bag. It was a nice visit thanks staff!
Jersey Mike's is one of my all time favorite sub chains because I grew up in NYC and this reminds me of the deli sandwiches I used to love. This is the third location that I have been to in Maryland and it is so clean, fast and the servers are so nice. My meals are always made with care and when I order through the app its always on time. Midday they tend to get very busy but they still serve with friendliness. I literally order this once a week because of the quality of the subs, how clean the restaurant is and how nice the people are here. The numbered pick up zone is usually full and it is in an area in the parking lot where there tends to be card speeding through the drive way between Mike's and Lowes, so I park in the main lot.
Subs are fresh and tasted good. A little overpriced.

Nothing bad to say about the food or staff as they are always great but when I have to watch my paper straw dissolve in my drink I gotta give a 1 ? review at best. This is definitely a miss and poor decision by JM. Sorry but its always the little things that make or break an experience!?
