Positive: Age 55+ menu options. Good service, excellent buttermilk pancakes, and great sourdough toast. Restroom was very clean.Negative; Had my eggs over easy. They were overly runny. Diet Pepsi was $3.59 (or was it $3.69?) and was mostly ice.Despite the "4" rating, I'm not sure if I'd go back or not.
Breakfast at IHOP remains a fun treat. The staff at this location were all friendly, the menu had something for everyone (including healthy options), plus the entree portions are huge. The Spinach & Mushroom Omelette was especially tasty. This omelette featured neat layers of delicious sautéed spinach and crispy bacon. The entree came with three large perfectly prepared pancakes that seemed to dissolve in my mouth. Menu prices are a little expensive for everyday eating but IHOP remains a great value and an affordable place for families.
Our server was not very attentive at all. To get anything my family needed, I had to yell or flag him down to get his attention. However, he spent an excessive amount of time making sure the family sitting behind us was well taken care of. Even passing us by several times, not even stopping to ask if we were okay, or needed anything. And they were not extremely busy, nor did they appear to be understaffed.
Came here today around 1pm. Restaurant was not full but somewhat busy. Several waiters are senior women n which one was ours. Unfortunately our waiter was not friendly, very inattentive, NEVER asked was our food good/ok and NEVER checked to see if we needed anything further. We had to flag other waiters for assistance while eating even down to requesting to-go containers and the bill.The other senior women seemed friendly and attentive to their customers so I believe it’s just our waiter who wasn’t good.The food was not bad. The lobby is very untidy and should be cleaner. The booth we sat in was not fully cleaned as the seats an floor were dirty.
Super good service and the breakfast was on par. Very good would go back. Glen burnie location much better than pasadena. Will revisit many times
Just got done breakfast, food was good and fast our waitress Rhonda was amazing. Quick attentive and friendly. First time I never had to ask for anything. I’m actually sitting at the table listening to some her other customers praise her. She definitely is worth the stop.

Took my nephew for breakfast after our MVA visit. I got the sirloin tips meal. He got some kind of strawberry covered pancakes which looked delicious. All the food was hot and fresh including the syrup. Asked for my eggs to be scrambled medium and the cook delivered! Will definitely go back to this location in Glen Burnie.
Disgusting. I stood there at the counter and watched while they seat everyone before taking my "to go" order! They did not even apologize or acknowledge my wait. I will NOT go back to the Glen Burnie IHOP ever again. I rate you a big fat "0", not even on the rating chart!!!. Customer Service is very important. Appreciate people's time. I left and went to Danny's where the Service was much better and appreciated.
I can for the pancakes special.the staff didn't know what I was talking about.i was told they had a special after 3pm for $5.99 .I was really that way past breakfast. I purchased a pancake order .I didn't like the. Texture maybe a little vanilla could also be added for flavor.
