If I could give no stars I would… I was treated unfairly because of the color of my skin. I was prejudge because we tried to pay in advance due to it raining. The lady Jennifer thought we didn’t have funds & she let a man rude us in line with no consideration that we was already standing there, Jennifer also told me WOW you lost a minute of your time. it’s the principle then I called to speak with a manager & Jennifer tells me she’s the manager & I said I need to speak to a store manager. So Jennifer told me call in the morning & that she doesn’t care what I call and say … At this point I’m laughing cause I’m at a different place that cost way more at Windsor mills, with better customer service. Definitely not worth paying if your gonna be rude to me for no reason, I have 6 including myself so you guys lost out NOT US! Store manager needs to correct this! Black Lives Matter!!!!!!
This has been my favorite buffet for ages. Unfortunately, this past Sunday, I found human hair cooked into a sauced mushroom. I was actually able to pick the mushroom up by the hair and it dangled in front of me. I called over a staff member and showed her. I asked her to let the kitchen staff know. She only said she was sorry. I left soon thereafter.
This place was super meh. The food was overly fatty and greasy, and the sushi was awful. The fish didn't taste very fresh. We also got crawfish and oysters, both of which tasted like they had been dead a few days before they were cooked. The only reason I give this place 2 stars instead of 1 is for the large selection of food they have. They do have a very wide variety of food, it's just unfortunate that most of it isn't great.
Love it. Was able to meet Family rhat we haven't seen in a log time. This was actually a wake meeting for us and Love everything.
No no no no no everything no. Bathrooms ? smell so bad ? ? ? and didn't let me enjoy the fact that I brought my family here. As soon as we sat down they were waiting for to leave. FYI they put water in your soda so you get full faster and leave soon watch out
This was my first time. The price is good for the assortment of options offered. I really enjoyed the fried chicken, roasted potatoes, fried fish, ribs, and beef. It was very busy so you may feel like you're sitting close to people.
Went there on a Friday night, w/ a friend of mine's son. It was absolutely disgusting. Despite being warned by the son, I made the mistake of going to the bathroom. The floor was caked in urine, and the smell was so bad that I actually started to dry heave. It didn't help that a woman was sitting by the outside door w/ a suitcase, and I presume she hadn't showered in at least 6 days. Now on the the food. The chicken and broccoli was so undercooked that I could have sworn I saw the greasy sliver of chicken move. The broccoli tasted like it had been sitting in the dish for 3 days. The fried shrimp lacked texture, and smelled rancid, and the ice cream that came out of their machine. looked like a frozen piece of long cheese. Their chicken wings were decent, and the wait staff was nice. At least at McDonald you know what you're eating. I will NEVER go back.
*I would not go back if it was free for a month* AWFUL experience! I'm surprised they haven't been shut down by the Health dept. EVERY single food item I tried was cold!!! And than when they bring out the hot food they put it on the cold food that has been already sitting there for however long. We were a family of 4 w/drinks and the total was a little over $80. What a waste of money/time/food. Only positive was the ice cream machine and the waitresses do fill your drinks and clear your table quickly.
Will never be back!! The options were limited and most the stuff was not fully cooked. Not clean at all!! Paid $90 for 4 adults and drinks and I am just so highly upset. The crabs tasted very awful also. I’m not a picky person but wow… do not recommend! The sushi bar the sushi was warm….
The location, food, and staff was good. The problem was the inconsiderate people who did not wear their mask when getting their food. Some put their mask on I however there were several that did not and made poor excuses or just don't care. This restaurant is a nice place, don't screw it up by having a few not wanting to war their musk at the buffet, and haring the business shut down because of this. Show respect and wear your mask!
