Although I've never gone inside, the take away food is consistently above average. It's one of those places you can run to when you just don't feel like cooking and you know you'll get something tasty.Plus they have great milk shakes.

I ordered 2 cobb salads one add Portobello mushroom. Once O found out they charge $3.00 for them I asked to remove them. The owner gave me a spill on how she pays $1.50 per mushroom. I said I understand but I explained that they should explain the cost of an upcharge especially $3. Then she proceeded to give a long spill about how that would be too much to explain. In the meantime the cook did not start my order which was already paid for. It was then prepared quickly and brought out to me but this is not great customer service.

I grew up going to Gino's and having a Gino's Giant and it wasn't the same, disappointing. But they made up for that short coming by having something for my wife whose vegan. Oh I love the milkshakes.

As soon as I put the bag of food in my car I noticed that it smelled terrible.I ate the burger - bun was stale. The onio rings apparently were fried in the same oil as seafood of some kind. They tasted bad and were cold. I threw them away.

I had Gino’s before but horrible experience this time. No wonder this place never has customers. I got a large lemonade and it tasted horrible as if the lemonade had been days old, I replaced the drink. I get all the way home and my burger is half way done and red and tasted funny. I took it back and the manager gets a attitude with me saying the burger is perfectly fine and that she will always remember my face for trying return food that was fully cook. LOL I wouldn’t of left my house in my PJS after working 12 hours to turn food that fully “cooked” what a joke. Lol I feel like a “Karen” for even having to write a review.

I went today to get a couple cheeseburgers and onion rings and a Diet Coke and after I got my meal handed to me in a bag the onion rings needed an oil change they were so greasy and the two hamburgers with cheese that I ordered were exactly that a bun with two skillets gab burgers and a piece of cheese no condiments no nothing on the burgers. I don’t know who has bought this restaurant but whoever is running it might be the same people that are running the steak ‘n Shake which is also a huge disappointment and I highly recommend that if you want a good hamburger go to Bubbas 33. Avoid this place at all costs in the tip off should’ve been in there weren’t any vehicles in the parking lot. So that is my fault.

DO NOT EAT HERE, i’m am highly disappointed in what was found in my burger. Wish i could give zero stars.

Called to order a chicken dinner, since they cook it fresh and they take 20 min and had to leave a text. Got there in 30 min, and they were too busy to check the phone. I know that businesses are having problems with getting good people. But don't tell me to leave a text on a phone that you don't monitor.

The food was just ok. Burgers are definitely not Five Guys but they were decent. The Chili cheese fries were good and the milkshake just tasted weird to me. Unfortunately I will not be eating at Gino's for the rest of my life.

Always great food. Nothing bad about them. I use to go-to the location, back when it was on Mountain Rd in Pasadena.
