Order take out, restaraunt sent a half portion of my food. Called in to verify if this was what I was supposed to get, was met with attitude and rudeness. Drove in to see management, greeted by the manager Ashley who made no attempt to make it right, just more apathy and attitudes.NEVER order from here through 3rd party delivery, this restaraunt DOES NOT CHECK ORDERS BEFORE SENDING THEM OUT.Horrible customer service. Reported them to corporate, also flagged them via the 3rd party delivery to let them know this is who they're doing business with.
Always a great and consistent eat. Lower them prices though and you will be Friendlier! I mean, it's only ice cream....
After getting a HORRIBLE DRY-Y-Y Turkey Dinner w/2 slices of freeze dried turkey? SAD gravy, & ONLY CORN as the 2 side dishes delivered via Doordash from here that made me SICK, I figured I wouldn't order takeout but always just DINE IN. Restaurant is super clean & safe. I've had awesome Burgers, Fries, Shrimp Platter, etc. + Ice Cream when I SIT IN to eat. Staff very sweet & attentive without being intrusive or obtrusive. Friend of mines got the turkey dinner it was meager portions & dry so that's TWICE Bad Luck with this I won't get it here again. Before Covid it was good tho; Oh well: R.I.P.However been here a few times since the Bad Turkey Dinner and had a delicious Vermont Burger & Country fried Chicken Tenders; tenders tasty but very salty though. Coleslaw was fresh; fries hot & crispy. ALL Food came out Hot. Diet Coke not flat. Perfect Ice Cream.✌️ Hot Fudge Sundae, Jim Dandy, Banana Split, really all their Ice cream: You Can't Go Wrong.?? ( The LARGE Sundae is so big 2 can share.)✌️ Great price$ & wonderful inexpensive date or family nite dinner! They are always busy when I go. ❤️
I don't believe I've ever had any problems here. Waitress is always good. Food is always good.
Good food and good service from Sarina. There were 5 of us, and everyone enjoyed their meal.
Just had DoorDash delivery the wrong order (again). Ashley was very helpful in getting this corrected and her help was most appreciated.
