Good food made to order and it’s good!! Great French fries 5⭐️
I used to love this place but really disappointed with them. I place an order online paid with my card got my Tex saying that the money was taken out of my bank sent my son to go pick it up there's no order my son comes home I called the manager his name was Antoine he said he was going to have it remade. My son than goes back out there again to pick up the order there's no order my son comes back home I called the manager Antoine and said what happened he replies oh your slip fell on the floor I just found it so I made sure my money went back on my card.
Love their hamburgers and French fries so good. Could eat there everyday but I don't think my account would approve.
Burger was good but not a very big selection can only get American cheese like to have cheddar on my burger but it was good service was good just like to have more variety
Always a good burger but the bun was greasy on the outside this time and ketchup packets had sticky stuff on them. I did get peanuts.... YES!
I walked in & the place was clean, it was clearly very busy & during a lunch rush but still had someone check on the trash... But walked passed the ketchup which was empty that I seen someone else trying to get some from the pump kind. They still had packets so this wasn't an issue for me. Upon my arrival it got very busy very quick so my order took about 15 mins but was hot & fresh when I received it. Fries were a touch over on some fries while some weirdly under so I would have liked to see a bit more consistency but it was minor. My burger was good & the fries had the perfect amount of salt on it so in all, I didn't complain & sat in my car because inside was so packed. I would prefer to see more tables but I understand with covid they're trying to place people further apart so it's not of big concern. I ended up eating a bit much... Got the, I ate so much had to let a button go feeling if that makes sense ? lol... But in all, this is a great place that I don't try to make it here a lot, but when I do I'm always happy with what I receive.Also, orders were going quick & you could see the staff was trying to keep up with it all. While they looked busy they also didn't come across irritated or annoyed which I really appreciated so definitely worth taking the family out to this place or in my case, just a lunch for one to go.
Staff was friendly and patient when my son repeated the same condiments twice. Didn't wait long for food. Food was delicious! Fries were a little salty, but amount of fries was awesome!
Food was good, was so much I couldn't eat it all. My first time there and was not disappointed.
This was my first time trying Five Guys! And it turns out, all the rave was true! The burgers were delicious, and freshly cooked. The fries were lovely, and there was barely any wait time!
Great staff, fast service, clean. The food is always delicious but the customer service will keep you returning.
