My drink was made incorrectly - I took it back and asked for a refund. The employees refused and started disrespecting me, telling me there is no manager on shift. Rude and unprofessional - I worked for Dunkin for 5+ years and this is the worst experience I have ever had.
The food is good. The employees are skilled but, having another person at night would reduce the line and wait times.
Placed an order for pickup for bagel bites and two iced coffees. All they gave me were the two iced coffees, no bagel bites. So they took my money and didn't even offer to refund me. It's been 20 days since this happened, the manager still has done nothing to rectify the situation.
The service was terrible, never go to this location ever unless you want an attitude. I wanted literally throw my drink and food at them for way they treated, but I didn’t want to be that person. FORCE THEM TO HIRE BETTER WORKER.
Staff doesn't pay attention to order pickups. When asking about my order staff said they already did. I said nope, I've been standing here and no order. And they acted like I was in the wrong asking for my order.
Went there early on 4/26/22 and encountered a young male employee who may have treated me more rudely than anyone at BWI has ever treated me (which says a lot, as bwi is always the place to go if you want to be treated badly!) I understand that it is hard to staff fast food joints, but geesh! This guy does not deserve to be in society no less on your payroll!
i work here.. the morning shift literally HATES their job they don’t greet customers when they walk up and they ALWAYS have an attitude. one time someone huffed and puffed when they seen me at the register this is ridiculous hire better people that want to WORK
I dont understand why every time i go here they act like they have a attitude as soon as you walk up . I say hello they say nothing. Like why have a customer service job if you dont like people??
The wait is usually long. If you like your drinks sweet or bitter be sure to let them know.
