Fast, Friendly service EVERY visit .... And my coffee is ALWAYS made PERFECT !!!! Kaitlyn is a GREAT asset to DD, has a heart of gold and goes above and beyond to make sure EVERY customer has a WONDERFUL experience !!!! ??

Service has gone downhill. Some days you can order for walk in pick up but you get there and walk in is closed so you have to get in the drive thru line which is wrapped all around the building. Other days you pay extra for oatmilk and they make your drink without it. No time to complain and wait for a new one so you submit a review but they don't contact you to apologize or make up for their error. I am done with this location.Edit: The manager, Steve, was nice and friendly. He offered to make my drink correct free of charge after receiving my complaint. I appreciate the great customer service on part of the manager.
Stood in front of the register for 5 minutes. Didn't get acknowledged or anything, not sure they even noticed I left

the staff i adore we call each other mama and hun thats how they know who i am never get my order wrong and are super friendly if it a new employee working one of my usual ladies will come on and say i got it mama
Ordered 3 large coffees and 1 large caramel hot latte. Ordered through the DD app. They only gave my daughter 2 large coffees and a latte. She picked them up. She told them it was 3 large coffees not 2 and tried to show the person at the drive through window the order and she said no. Tasted one of the coffees and it tasted horrible. No in that store cares about quality or they are just lazy. Place used to be great and all the good people left.
Says closes at 9pm, I went at 817pm and they wasn't taken orders and 2 people was inside.
5 hashbrowns for $2 ? Our breakfast was terrible. Hashbrowns were cold and greasy. I believe I must have received someone else's order, because all that was on my breakfast sandwich were 2 eggs, a slice of cheese and a half a piece of bacon. Money wasted, because we put it in the trash at our hotel. Only 2 employees smiled. We don't live near aDunkin' Donuts. It's my favorite. Just not this location.
