I’d give zero stars if I could. There were two people in front of me in line, the first person got waited on then walked away. The lady in front of me got up to the counter and the lady employee that had been at the counter goes to the back before saying anything to us. We then can see her standing back in the kitchen on her cell phone while there’s several people standing in line waiting now. The two girls were in the back, one on her phone still, both talking, while they could clearly see people waiting. The lady in front of me said “excuse me” several times. The employee in the back sighs and finally starts walking back up to the counter annoyed. I walked away. I won’t give a place like this my business.

Very busy, long line, unmotivated employees, no smiles on any of them. They looked and acted miserable. I'm sure they were short staffed. You're lucky people are addicted to your coffee!?
The only reason they get a 2 instead of a 1 is the iced chi latte was great. The donuts were still raw in the middle and not edible. Didn't have time to go back. ☹️

Very slow so lines are long
The employee who opens in the morning is very rude to customers. She charges wrong prices be sure to grab your receipt. Very unsanitary, in the middle of taking customers she goes and continue preparing food in the back without change in gloves or wearing a mask.I hope the management will deal with proper training of employees.Worst
It's convenient and close to the gates. No military appreciation support pricing like most restaurants in the airport.
