More worried about their tips than anything. Was the only one in, ordered cold coffee (iced) got my donut and watched one who took my order talk and count tip money while I waited 5 minutes before I said something. She was like OH! then they made it. Couldn’t tell what she said (foreign language) but seemed like it was a burden for her to ACTUALLY make my drink after forgetting it. Like she got an attitude because I wasn’t happy..smh. Not the first bad experience either. Always over toast bagels so I stopped getting them here weeks ago.
This have to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts around. They shut down for months to renovate just to reopen and have their customer service decline. They never seem to have any oat milk or understand what you’re trying to order. When they’re taking your order they always seem to be distracted with other employees. You can hear them having a whole conversation with each other while taking your order. I am very disappointed with their services. I am a longtime Dunkin’ Donuts reward member and this is not the service I expect. They also burn my wake-up wrap EVERY TIME and just throw it in the bag.
After being told they were out all the time at various locations they finally said that DD no longer carries barverian creme only boston creme donuts. They have also stop making the ham, egg and cheese croissant. They are usually out of a couple types of donuts everytime we get a dozen. It feels like they are more into being another coffee place than a donut place. It must be why they took Donuts off their name. So Sad.

I miss them. The most pleasant people work the drive through. Most efficient Dunkin Donut I’ve supported. When are you reopening?
This Dunkin gets my simple coffee order (coffee and almond milk) wrong 90% of the time. Usually end up with my coffee almost white with cream or with overly sweet flavors in it. They need to pay more attention. I'll go out of my way to another franchise until then.
Terrible service and nasty young girl who works in the drive through has a nasty attitude
Great coffee and donuts but getting in and out of the drive thru is always a struggle.
Stopped in to get a dozen donuts and they were out of half of their varieties and not the first time this has happened at this location.
