Horrible service. Went in to order there were about 8 people behind the counter laughing and joking with each other rather then doing their jobs. Waited for 10 minutes before I had to ask them if they were making my drinks, meanwhile they took 5 orders after me in and out no problem. The girl had an attitude when asked about my iceed coffee. Finally after 15 minutes I had enough didn't want my order anymore and asked for a refund. They didn't apologize at all for the wait and bad customer service i received while at this location. It's a shame because I stop at dunkin every night before work. Guess I'm switching to Starbuck..
This is the new and remodeled Dunkin' donuts a really nice setup on the inside one of the best I've seen. It really helps out the people that work here as it gives them so much more room to do their job, which they do very well. This is the first time I've seen a Dunkin that offers a party room for rent. Would be great for those that like have meetings with all the coffee donuts and pastry at your disposal.
5/6/22 go through drive through and order 2 mocha lattes hot. The person ask me if I wanted cream and sugar or black. I said again mocha latte hot. I pull around and the wait was short. I get to window and ask about my lattes because the woman who took the order didn't have good English. The girl at window looked confused and took about a min and come back with my coffee. I get to work and it's coffee with cream and sugar. How they tried to fix it the first time they put foam in it. OMG. I take them back and the short heavy women wanted to keep arguing with me. Extremely rude and 100% wrong. Back to Starbucks.
I usually like to be positive, but in the interest of truth....Very slow counter service. Seven or eight people working so it was hard to understand. Looked like one employee actually cared about the two of us at the counter, but we seemed to be invisible to everyone else. Two women who came in behind us got tired waiting and left, with one making a comment about the poor customer service. She was right.
I love Dunkin' donuts but I've been noticing they've been slacking on their chocolate frosted donut It seems like there is not as much chocolate as they used to put on it. Same with the glaze donuts they just don't seem to be as glazed as they used to be those are my two favorite besides the maple ones! Other than that I like Dunkin' donuts I just wish they would make them like they used to
I'm not sure why this place can't get it together, but just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. You won't get what you want here anyway. They're either out of it, randomly give you the wrong thing, or just can't understand English well enough to accurately take your order in the first place. That may sound harsh, and I know the headset and drive-thru speakers make it worse, but it's still a significant customer service issue when the language/communication issues are so bad and so often that it regularly causes long waits/lines from having to repeat everything you say 6 times (only to STILL come out with the wrong thing). I try to be quite understanding of non-native English speakers having a degree in another language myself, but I've never had this many issues with the multitude of ESL speakers at almost every other drive-thru in town. There are a lot of Dunkin's around here, so how unfortunate that this happens to be both the worst location and the most convenient. I've been here several times and have regretted every visit. It's so frustrating to wait so long and still leave unsatisfied, but after waiting 15+ minutes for a (wrong) latte and donut, I don't have the time or patience to wait for them to fix it.
I will never ever set foot in this dunkin donuts again.... NO ONE and I mean no one spoke English so I had to show 3 different ppl what I wanted...... I don't know what language they spoke but I'm thinking they were all from like Afghanistan or somewhere like that. I do speak a very little Spanish, German, and French enought to eat and find a bathroom and they where all a forain language to me.There was one other older couple in there and when they left the lady said " this is still America I thought so y don't or didn't they hire some one that speaks English to take orders from customers....... I agree 10,000 precent
Best in town reopened this.year very good customer service and the coffee and donut always fresh.
Looks great! Bathroom “temporarily” closed for months, poor service and quality
I Do not want to even give 1 star. Girl taking orders on 3/29/22 at 6:30pm was so rude I can not even believe she has a job. She has alot to learn!
