I love this dunkin, whenever I go I believe her name is Mona knows my order. I'm always greeted with a hello and how are you? When I'm having a bad day it makes it better. Thank you Mona! I wish I knew some of the other employees names because they are all lovely, the service is always good and my coffee is always on point. Thank you to all the employees for making it a great experience.
This location is convenient but they don’t manage walk-in service or mobile service very well.

So slow.. they seem to always ignore you when you come in, just walk by leaving you wondering when you'll get served. The drive thrus no better, they never tell you the total so it's a guess until you finally get to the window
I have been coming into this one scence ritchie hwy has been under construction do not go through the drive through. I am a fan of extra bacon. When you pay for extra bacon. You get extra bacon not I'll make it right. And you get to the window and they say $12.00 for an order that is usually 9 to 10 dollars. I will not be back to this dunkin donuts. You call to talk to someone and no one picks up and it's a recording.
How can you go wrong when ordering an extra large cup of ☕ ☕ coffee! Especially if it's with my favorite Swirl in the world, pumpkin ? spice!!?
I don't like the fact that when they don't have something in stocks, you're still able to order it on the app. We got our coffees, and we didn't get the white chocolate flavor that we ordered, but we were still charged. If you don't have something, you shouldn't let people order it. It's infuriating because you can never get your money back if you ordered something, and they don't have it. Not the first time we've dealt with this at a Dunkin, and quite frankly, it makes me not want to do business with them.
I always order a latte and hashbrowns from here. The latte always tastes burnt and the hashbrowns either are burnt or taste like rubber. Find another Dunkin :)
Worst franchise to go to. Always gets the orders wrong, rude employees. Last time wasting my money there.
This location seems to be very, very slow. It usually takes about 5-10 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. When I have ordered inside there is no sense of urgency to get customers their orders and get them on their way to start their day.
