Just ordered online, quoted time 41-51 minutes. Took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive. I was told by driver that she was the only one. Last time I checked it's not customers fault. My pizza was pretty much burnt. The only good thing was the sodas were cold, but one of those was the wrong kind. Horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone. They emailed me back for one item can be 50% off next time I order. I declined. Plus Dominoes charges 4.75 delivery fee plus a tip that more than door dash or uber.
This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with this store. I was kept on the phone for over 17 minutes. I approached the manager and express my disdain and he told me yes I did that. We” re busy was his response. I said I called 3 times and the same situation happened. At least be remorseful to your customers and let them feel as if you care about them. However, this guy does not show any empathy. This will be the last time I will order at this store.
Ordered delivery from this location several times. 9/10 my pizza is delivered within 30 minutes. Delivery drivers are always friendly!
I have been here to pick up orders for friends and family. I have watched them prepare food several occasions. They DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS!! I even saw the manager wipe his nose and scratch his mid section area then go back to making someone's pizza!
I only have one slight issue the issue comes to the menu they have some good carryout offers but you can only do it online which is why I'm giving it four stars instead of five. I know what you might be thinking it's nitpicking but that's how feel about it including the lady at the registered who agreed with me
Do not order from this dominos at any cost. Every time you will have issues and they will not answer the phone when you try to resolve them .First time they didn’t bring part of the order and would not answer any calls from my number .I had forgot and ordered again a month or so later and an hour and a half after ordering it said my order was still being prepped while two kids were asking for there dinner and it was now near bedtime again they will not answer the phone from my number. (Added)Then to add insult to injury after waiting an hour and a half seeing no progress on the order I tried to call for 20 more min before posting this review ten min later I received a call stating that they had no delivery drivers and were not taking delivery orders that I could come pick it up . 2 hours after ordering I am given this option with kids in pajamas 10 min before bedtime by now I am scrambling to get a dinner together. A call saying this within 10 min at most of order would have been acceptable to me but this is unacceptable horrible business practices .Fire and rehire and train. Order at your own risk the good reviews even sound fake dyeing laughing.
This location is the bomb! They have worked their hardest through the pandemic, labor shortage, and still have managed to provide quality food and service! The (very few) times there have been mistakes (ya know, cause they're human, like the rest of us) they have fixed it without issue. Every worker has been kind to us and we appreciate their hard work. Thank you!
The domino's website and app are slow, old and need to be updated. The interface is not user friendly and it hard to use. I ordered carry out which I expected to be faster than delivery and still waited over an hour. While waiting the store didn't seem that busy so unsure why the order took so long especially because we only ordered 2 lava cakes...Papa John's app and website are so much easier to use. Get it together Domino's.
I placed an order today at 11:15pm for delivery and they canceled I used to be a manager in va for dominos and the service that this domino’s gives is a disappointment not to mention the fact that they are always backed up. Second number 1 rule is to not let the phone ring more then 2 times and they always joke around and don’t work this place doesn’t deserve to be open or needs a new a manager
Terrible service! Nobody ever answers the phone. After calling 3 times and realizing I couldn’t get anyone to answer I will never attempt to deal with this store anymore.
