I ordered 3 items. When I got home I realized that 1 of the items was not in the bag. I called the restaurant less than 10 minutes after leaving to tell them about the mistake and to return to retrieve my missing food item. It has to be that simple, I JUST LEFT!As soon as I said something was missing I was told "I will put my manager on the line." I was then transferred to a woman on a cell phone (that was driving) who asked me several questions regarding my order. "Did you order IN the store?" "What is your phone number?" "What did you order?" I answered all questions figuring that she was just confirming I had actually made a purchase.Nope! She accused me of lying by saying that I ordered directly from the store and NOT over the phone AND that I GRABBED THE WRONG BAG ... !!!! LOL !!!!Anybody that has been to this location KNOWS they have a TRAP DOOR and the cashier HANDS YOU YOUR FOOD!!!After making a huge stink about the whole thing I RETURNED all food and got a refund.AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT!! ESPECIALLY not over a $5 Appetizer!!!Y'all lost a loyal customer over $5!
This is probably the worst food I’ve ever ordered. Super greasy, weird smell- almost as if the food had gone bad and they still cooked with it anyways, chicken wings burnt and the list goes on. Spent over $70 worth of food to be extremely disappointed.
The noodles are really sticky and seems not to stirred often, but meat is often very tender.
I use to love ordering from here the food use to be so good but the staff are not professional at all there very rude and confrontational they no longer offer delivery services. I’ve called and asked if they have any other delivery services such as door dash and grub hub she proceeded to tell me no. I then told her they where on grub hub she ask me to hold I was put on a 5 minute hold she picked up and said that they do delivery through grub hub. I ordered food and they got my order wrong I called back and I expressed to them how my order was wrong the lady was nasty with me and said she couldn’t anything about it
STOP supporting these businesses that DON’T like the type of people who live in that community. I will NEVER step foot in here again! The woman who runs the front was so completely disrespectful. She would not listen to what I was trying to convey and tried to speak “down” to me. The man came out and was rude as well. This is also not my first time experiencing them as rude. However, this was the worst and it WILL be my last.
Best Chinese in the area but I wish they would expand their Grub Hub delivery. Not sure if the business itself is delivering it if it's a Grub Hub employee but they would def make money sending delivery to Severna ParkThey updated delivery!!

Just ordered food from Dai Kim Absolutely the worst food I ever had i called to try to get it straight and all she did was say there's no way the food is bad then I ask her what she could do to straighten it Out and all she would say is are food is good well looks like they lost another customer
