The service and food are good. Several machines in the arcade are not in the best shape but overall the experience was good. I would stay away from non-seafood though. While the place nails seafood, the rest of the menu is only okay (specific example was the rice and beans with the quesadilla). I would still go again for crabs and shrimp though!
When the place looks like a shack, you know the crabs are going to be banging. My husband got a crab cake, we shared the crab dip fries and I got 3 of the medium size crabs. Everything was excellent!! My husband said that was the best crab cake he ever had. The crabs were steaming hot. If Tia is your waitress, ask her to make you some garlic butter for your crabs. That butter slapped!
My wife had planned a last minute birthday dinner for me and I chose Crabtown USA as the place to have it. The last time we were there it blew our minds, it was tremendous!! Food was fantastic, fresh, and the atmosphere is casual & fun. They have a separate old school arcade rooms with a wide selection of arcade & pinball machines from the 70’s-90’s. So after they gracefully accommodated our group of 20, we ate and then hit the arcade for a couple hours of fun. We’ve gotten everything from Seafood to Burgers here. Everything was fresh and tasty. Zero complaints from anyone. Their Oyster Stew was the best I ever had, soft crab sandwich was cooked perfectly!! It was sautéed NOT DEEP-FRIED thank GOD!! Hush puppies are also the best I’ve ever had. Maggie our server and bartender was awesome. She was super nice, funny, and laid back. I also want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Mr Avery who works there also. We met him a few months back when we first went there. I had orders a Seafood Sampler which was amazing but they’d forgotten to put Rockfish on the sampler. Mr Avery wasn’t even our server but noticed I was disappointed and said “ Let me mss as me this right”. Five minutes later he was back with my new and improved Seafood Sampler. He was beyond graced & pleasant. He is a true gem and asset to your establishment. So last night I saw Mr Avery and thanked him for his excellent service from that night. Mind you 3 months ago. He again was graceful and when I started to explain our first meeting to my surprise he remembered!!!! He actually pointed to where we had been sitting that night. MIND BLOWN!! We will definitely be back sooner than later and if you’re in the area make sure you stop by. You won’t be disappointed!!! Thank you again to everyone at Crab Town USA for just being you. I really like this place. The vibe is a nice family setting for all ages. They have a gameroom with pinball machines and a lot of the old classic games some of us grew up on. They even have live entertainment some nights. I can't forget the crabs, they were huge for large and tasted amazing!
I love this place but I need some history. Last night my son watched a picture on your wall move slightly to left lift up and fall off the wall. The waitress laughed and said “ yes we have a ghost”. I’m curious do you know who it is and has it been there long? I was so excited lol
I really wanted to like this place, but it was overwhelming. Hardly anyone wore masks.The staff definitely didn’t.2 staff members out of 6 that I saw wore masks.Everyone was friendly enough, but it was pretty random in terms of safety.There were no kinds of sanitation stations or anything, which is pretty sketchy given that every single one of the games in the arcade uses your hands.I’m sure it’s an amazing place to be when it’s not a pandemic.
Been looking forward to coming here for a long time now that I’m finally back in MD. Our server Courtney was absolutely amazing. The entire experience was fun as hell, food was great, but she really made the experience amazing. Come see Courtney!!

I had such a great time here. There were so many arcade machines to play and they were all the good old ones. None of that digital touch screen mess. Lots of the games were 25 cents, a few were 50 cents. I got some beers and dinner as well, 22 Oz draft was only 5.25 and the scallops and shrimp were amazing. Good food, good arcade. This place is a solid 5 stars. Can't wait to return
