I have to give a three star rating because it’s never consistent. I love the birthday cake remix. It’s very popular but it’s never made the same. The one girl with the blonde hair doesn’t mix it she will chop it twice and then roll it into a ball real theatrically like she is doing something.Then you go to eat the ice cream with that flimsy plastic spoon and you can’t scoop anything up because the brownie is in two large chunks and it’s just a mess.I really wish she would just take the time and mix it up that’s what makes it so great being able to have it blended and mixed all through the ice cream. I will always continue to come back! But if you’re the owner please encourage mixing! Lol I know it’s summer and the lines are getting longer and the days are too! But it’s consistency, good product and great customer super ice that keeps a business successful and thriving
I'm not blaming the workers since they seem overwhelmed but rather the boss. It seemed to be rush time but the boss was hiding in the back instead of helping.Highly suggest being lenient on your order and don't be afraid to say something if your order is wrong of improper.Place could cleaner and nicer too. Hope they get things on track.
I had an amazing, family friendly experience at this coldstone location. The dead silence sent my 14 year old nephew right to sleep. The absence of light was mind blowing, i could swear that if you look into the darkness of the store you could see the devil himself. The cake case was full of yummy treats in different sizes. When I had finally reached the ghea, I was mind boggled to find pans laying at different heights, I guess it gives the employees something to do. But the last part was my kids sized watermelon sorbet. I appreciate the employees because they added an extra mix in of peanut butter without me even asking…yummmm. It was always a delicious treat in my childhood to eat mamas homemade watermelon-peanut butter ice cream. My friend, who is deathly allergic to peanut butter, also enjoyed every bite until the er trip due to anaphylactic shock. Yummmmm. I completely recommend and enjoy, stay safe and god bless
I won't go back. Went in and they asked me what I wanted... just like that. "What do you want?" I tell them I haven't been here before and I needed a minute to look. The first 2 options I chose, they apparently couldn't make. Picked one. They started mixing it up on the table and put it in a cup. I asked them why I didn't get a cone. They said cones are by special request. I asked for a cone, she painfully rolled her eyes at me and said no because they would have to mix it again. So I got a cup of ice cream. Cool. I asked for a spoon. Was hatefully informed they were right in front of me. I didn't notice the cup that appeared empty had 2 spoons in it.
With excellent customer service and very helpful.....I definitely and highly recommend to go here

When we think about ice cream/desserts, Cold Stone is always our first option and it never disappoints. From ice cream to cupcakes the quality and taste are always great. Service was delightful and very professional.
I took my family (5 of us) to this Cold Stone Creamery this evening. When we walked in, one young lady was serving 2 people. 5 minutes in, she was still serving them (they had a pretty large order).The entire time we’d waited, there were two young ladies watching each other clean a small fridge behind the counter. At first I thought, maybe one is in training, so they both need to focus on that task. But as we waited an additional few minutes with no service, I politely said “excuse me, can one of you help us?” They turned around and said “one second”. I said thanks.An additional 5-7 minutes later - same scenario. The same young lady was serving the same two people with their large order, and the 5 of us waited, while the two cleaning girls finished cleaning and then went to the back of the store.I waited an additional 5 minutes and said to the busy young lady “are either of the two young ladies coming out to help us? There’s a line of 5 people here, why make us wait while they’re watching each other clean?” She said she’d try to be with me in a moment.Once she finished with the people she was helping, she was almost ready to help my family. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to. She said there’s no manager, just a shift lead. I asked if I could speak to them. She said the shift lead was one of the two young ladies watching each other clean. I asked the nice young lady to please take the ice cream orders of my family, and have the shift lead come out so I could speak to her.She went to the back, and told me that the shift lead - Mackenzie - said she would not come out to speak to me.20 minutes we waited - a family of 5, just trying to get some ice cream to celebrate my niece’s birthday. I was never rude, just wanted to get some service on a school night and get the kids home to bed. The young lady at the front was nice, and she was really trying, but the other two young ladies were rude, and dismissive. I walked out, and will never return. I would rather spend my money where it will be earned.I came home to write this review, and saw that just 2 weeks ago, someone wrote a review about the same thing: one person helping everyone in the front, while two people were in the back vaping and playing on their phones. I won’t be back.
Carter was AMAZING! She is the ONLY reason why I have any stars at all. I was being serviced and it was a family of 5 that walked on and after waiting for 10 mins ( I had quite a few orders) they asked for assistance. The shift manger on duty not only didn’t assist them but she went into the back with another employee and when one of the women waiting asked to speak to her, she told Carter she was not coming out. We watched her in the mirror as she stood in the back doing absolutely nothing. If it wasn’t for Carter who had already began making my ice creams, I would’ve walked out with the waiting family! That was the worse customer service I’ve EVER seen. Truly sad, the kids really wanted ice cream but instead left with nothing. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. As expensive as this ice cream is, the staff could at least pretend to want their job!!
