This place deserve Zero stars!! I hate putting a bad review but this place it's ridiculous. I placed an online order and I got a notification saying that it was reaady and when I got in the store the order wasn't even started. It took me more than 20 mins to get a freaking burrito bowl! Never coming back to this place ever!!!
Seems as if many reviews are missing..including mines so I’ll do it again. Nasty attitude of a manager, doesn’t care to accommodate or hold accountability for their trifling actions. The manager is a threat to society and needs to be boycotting. I beg of you..do not support a business who will give you unfresh food and attitude. Just don’t.
It takes a LOT to get me to write a review, but this is 10/10 the worst Chipotle ever, we had to order Door Dash twice tonight because it was messed up and the orders were completely wrong, we even felt so bad for our door dash lady that we gave her an extra tip because of their screw ups. If you want your order screwed up, this is the place to go to, hopefully this one goes out of business and becomes a Spirit Halloween by next year.

I have been calling for 3 days... No one ever answers the phone so that I can complain about my order on Tuesday for 3 employees and they got all 3 orders wrong. call me at 410-760-7368
Service is awful! Last 3 times I went to pick up already ordered food there were LARGE LINES of ppl. No one was allowed in.
Bad experience with this chipole and it sucks very bad and the managers like to cheat people out of there money
Food was great! Custom order your own bowl or burrito the way you want. Service is quick and friendly. Lots of food for one.
I visited Glen Burnie Chipotle today and I was impressed with the Customer service in which I was served with. My order was accurate and the portions were large! This Chipotle is located off Ritchie Highway with enough parking spaces as well as an outside seating area. I will be returning to this Chipotle in the Near Future!
