Yummy and quick food, very good vegetarian options and the kids meal was very large. Lovely staff and service!
I'd give zero if that were an option. I ordered a burrito bowl with extra steak and these pathetic jokers sent out a bowl with just a half scoop of steak and nothing else! No rice, no veggies or anything! Literally an empty bowl with a few pieces of steak inside. What a g****** joke!!
The employees here are extremely rude except for the really tall blonde guy he’s literally the only polite person that works there. Not very surprising though considering the manager is also extremely rude. He refused to allow the employee to make me a quesadilla for my order and insisted I order in the app instead. The tall man at the register told me that there was a button for it and that they could make it for me because it wasn’t busy but their manager refused to allow it. Literally I have no idea what’s wrong with this manager except that maybe his mom didn’t love him enough and he needs to take it out on employees and customers when they come in to eat. I’ll take the extra drive to severna park next time
This is the BEST chipotle around!! Their team always gives me good attitudes, their management is great! Maverick (manager) even checked up on me at the end to make sure! They’re awesome there and it’s one of the onlyChipotles I go to now
They didn't have charizzo or guacamole available. They charged for extra chicken I didn't get. $25.60 is too much for a 2 bowls of rice with not much on it. The help was pleasant.
This is a good chipotle. The people who work there have always been nice to me and seem to care about their work. My criticism is that it's hard to get the bonus items with the online orders (I order them on line but then don't get them with my order), but I think that has to do with the company's website, not the local store.
Ordered online for pick up. Got home and got my burrito out of the bag and had to check my receipt and online order to make sure I didn’t accidentally order a child’s burrito as it was so tiny but judging by other reviews portion sizes and accuracy of orders seem to be a common issue for this location
The workers here are lazy & nasty! They never clean the counter and one guy that works there said he wasn’t making anymore white rice and it was only 7:15 pm! They need to fire everyone on the front line and start over!
I can’t give zero stars?This is the third time I have experienced the worst customer service in the fast food industry at THIS LOCATION. I took a 30 min. Break and timed my pick up to where I can have plenty of time to eat. I was promised the food at 7:00. At 7:20 there were several orders before mine.The manager had no solution in making this happen faster. It’s really irritating because I order through the app to save time but multiple people who went through the regular line who arrived after me got their food.Do not spend a dime here. If you have to drive extra to go to another location please do so! I’m confused why Roger Martinez (General Manager) has business cards out that does not have an email address.I should’ve paid more attention! I see why this location has 3.1 stars. Qdoba has a new customer.
Great chain fast food place. Always good food and service. Only issue was the delay of my food which I ordered for pickup. Waited 20 minutes. But as I said the food is good so worth the wait. Enjoy!
