Fast service, there was a line 2/3 of the way to the door but still ordered, paid, and left in under 15min. Friendly employees and great service - when I say I order my go-to bowl with 'a stupid amount of extra cheese, like a lot lot, please', hardly ever do I feel listened to, but I absolutely did here, so my dinner was absolutely perfect!
This by far has been the worst chipotle in the history of ever. Their orders when you order on their app or website are always wrong. I’ve ordered from here twice and it’s still bland and I always get the wrong order. You can never get through to them. Their food is super bland and I’ve had chipotle from different places but by far this is the worst. I would say save yourself the disappointment and headache and just get Qdoba it’s right across the street. This is the first review I’ve ever written and I’ve had some pretty bad food so this took a lot for me to write this. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Customer service sucks they never have all the ingredients available. It's 3pm they don't have no more white rice smh...WHY? Your hours are till 10pm. This location gives Chipotle a bad reputation. Mangement, I suggest training your employees better or hire new staff and make sure you r store has the ingredients for your customers instead of selling them short but making sure you take the money. Won't be seeing me here anymore and I will be spreading the word. Team members here do not follow order instructions when ordering online and are an active food safety risk. I am severely lactose intolerant and sour scream especially makes me sick.
The 3rd time I've been there in a row with bad service. This was my kids food just thrown into the bag open like this
I was here on 3/25/2022 at 1:48 pm. A very rude customer was giving the manager a hard time. This customer was being unreasonable and difficult. Thankfully you have a professional manager who did his best to satisfy the customer. This customer was in the wrong in this interaction.
They up their prices and short your proportions. This location is notorious for doing this. We have given them several chances and it is always the same result. Corporate needs to come to this location and retrain the staff. The experience here is horrendous.
This location is horrible, needs management badly. Rude staff, never on time, people not wearing masks making food. Very unsanitary in times of Covid. Overall Unacceptable. Save yourself the time and drive the extra distance to another location instead of waiting 30+ mins over when you selected for your order to be ready.
Seriously frustrating that this location won't use their digital order pick up shelf. I spent 20 mins waiting thinking they were just behind but apparently the employees chose to keep the orders behind the counter and not bother to engage with the multiple people standing around waiting. I use the app because I want to get in and out - it says right on the pick up instructions to go to the shelf and take your order. Impossible if the employees change the rules!
I wasn’t going to leave a review but I had to after speaking with the very very rude manager here. The first time I bought chipotle from here through an app, I was shorted on my rice and chicken and there was a glob of guacamole in the center of my bowl(first picture)Second time, I called to ask if I could make sure that my bowl was properly made and the manager became very upset, saying that we are only supposed to get 4 ounces of rice, when one I had much less than that. he became very rude and to begin to raise his voice. once I received my food the guacamole that was on my bowl was clearly old and not fresh. please do not eat here if you care about your health (second photo)Oh and I already contacted support about Jaun.
