We are frequent customers to this location, in the past week we have gotten left over fries (meaning they look like the tiny fry pieces at the bottom of the basket and they were cold), and today they got our order wrong. These are not rare instances they seem to happen more frequently
The associates there was very rude… we tried several times to get the team member attention for assistance. She looked at her associate and said I HEARD HIM… she ignored us intentionally bc they were closing. When the SO CALLED manager Vormya approached she made it worse. Her body language, tone and demeanor screamed SHE NEED MORE TRAINING ON HER MANAGERIAL SKILLS…when I asked for the associate name who was soo rude she said no but I will give you mine. Receiving that type of service is unacceptable and need to be corrected immediately!!!!
My daughter and I enjoy Chick-fil-A's breakfast regularly. The staff are well trained and courteous. My orders are always hot and accurate. I highly recommend this location!
Not only dones Chick-fil-A has the best customer service they also have cool things for the kids I like that they have affirmations on the wall and I love the little Purell wipes
I usually love this place. I always get a large strip tray and 2 30 ct nuggets. Today I placed the usual order- albeit this time a medium strip tray. Now they don't do the trays through drive thru and you can only get it inside. What's the point of the reserved drive thru parking? I have 6 kids and they love chick fil a. I don't have the time to go inside and wait nor do I want to leave them inside the car or bring them inside. Why would you take it off through drive thru when it wasn't this way even before the pandemic?
It's chic-Fil-a you can't go wrong. My complaint is the same with every store now. Pack of employees means slow service unfortunately and out of things. But that's the world we are living in right now.
Chick-fil-A spicy chicken sandwich is delicious and I love their potatoes. Next time I will share a photo I was very hungry this time and didn't think about taking a picture.
My grandfather just got home from getting chick fil a at this location. He went through the drive thru to get dinner for our whole family. He asked the female employee (he didn't get names) if he could use a drink carrier. The employee gets him the carrier but one of the drinks, a regular fountain beverage, drops and spills. He asks her if he can get a replacement and gets told in a rude manor that she can't give him another unless he went through the line and payed for it. Going here as a kid with my grandparents, you could go inside and accidentally drop your drink and someone would come over and give you a new one the same as any other free refill. My grandfather says that a manager came over and even after being told what happened, the manager demanded that he leave and stop blocking the line. That's poor customer service, my family was cheated out of a fountain drink. On top of that, your fries have been salty, you never get what goes with what correctly in terms of salads. I don't think we will go to this Chick-fil-a for a long time now.
Horrible customer service!This CFA is under new ownership and it shows.After having a conversation with the new owner Billy McGrath today in regards to customer service. I do not believe their customer service is going to get any better.Employees do not know how to professionally deal with customers. My ordering process was messed up, I was rudely told by a manager that they wasn’t going to separate my order into separate bags, that I could separate my own food even though I made the request at the time of placing my order.Billy McGrath response basically was, I’ll have a talk with the manager but if you continue to cuss in my restaurant you will not be welcome back. Well I got news for Billy McGrath. If you don’t start making some serious changes, you won’t be in business for long.I understand mistakes happen but I have a zero tolerance for someone disrespecting me or my family.Oh yeah, Billy McGrath/ CFA is being cheap when it comes to the french fries and sauce as well, smh.
