Lets start with the order, went up and put my card in and the cashier saw it was approved. Something happened to where they couldnt get the receipt and claimed it didnt go through. Pulled up my bank app and showed it went through. They proceeded to put my card in again, and in the end I got triple charged.... (I'll have to contact my bank tomorrow about that...) Next, I wasn't impressed and this was the first time in my life I've ever refused to continue eating a burger. It was just disgusting and the only saving grace were the fries. Meat had a weird aftertaste and I've been sick since I got home. Save the heartache and bathroom time and save yourself. There's a McDonalds next door. I haven't been there yet but I'm sure it's better than this!
This place was alright. I really wouldn't recommend going here if you're looking for an actual meal.The patties on the burgers are extremely small and dry, along with wilted lettuce and lack of condiments.The fries were alright, no sort of wow factor was apparent. They were greasy and the texture was strange, but the seasoning was alright.The drinks. Again, drinks were fine. We ordered a Coke and for some strange reason it tasted like another soda, but I don't think it was a big deal.Finally, the service. It was friendly and quick, frankly the only reason I don't give this place a one-star is because of it.Overall, wouldn't recommend coming here for meals if you're looking for something substantial.
I ordered the mozzarella sticks. They were very very salty. I have high blood pressure. As soon as I bit into one the salt was too much. I was too far away to turn back. I don't understand I love the mozzarella sticks at Checkers. Maybe that was a bad batch.
The big guy the one that talks low was the best Cashier he was calm even after his Manager got mad and yelling at him because he had to delete the order because I wanted to change my order I want back yesterday put he don’t work there anymore.
They never get your order right. Food is good, just maybe not how you wanted it. Lol
If you want soggy fries trash food and people steal your receipt so they can’t give you a refund. Than checkers on Ritchie hwy is the place to go. You would think that after your company’s CEO was on TV.. things would be better. Truth is all they care about are profits not the well-being of the customers or their health. They should rename their stores. CHOKE AND PUKE !!!!! PS THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. IM WAITING FOR MY REFUND. PLUS
Burnt over cooked mozzarella sticks. No napkins or sauce ever put in the bag. Burger cold by the time my funnel cake fries were done.
Cheese wasn't melted on my cheeseburger, but service was fast and super friendly. Really good fountain coke!
Buying through the App is a pain for this location. I did receive a call from the new manager and she apologized for the service. I would have given a lower rating if they had ignored my complaint. I was promised that it will be better next time. Not sure if I will be back out to the area, but if so, I will definitely give them another try.
Ordered the 2 Fish sandwiches, fries and 2 drinks plus 2 Apple Pies. The fish was just okay the fries were very good, milkshake always good and apple pies are a 9 out of 10
