Placed an order via slice. Order was messed up and when I called the person was so rude it as ridiculous. No fries and the wrong wrap. I won’t order again. Seriously so rude. Swearing there were fries in the bag.
We went there for the huge pizza and yes, it was huge. Not terrible for a gimmick but not great either. We were the only people in the restaurant and still had to wait at the counter to order. We walked in at 3:00 on a Sunday afternoon and were made to feel like we came in 5 minutes till closing time. The entire staff just stood there and looked at us like we were bothering them. The bathroom (singular) hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Gas station bathrooms are cleaner. I will not be back
Ordered a"Brick Fire" pizza, this isn't "Brick Fire" and the dough wasn't even cooked thoroughly. Never again will we order anything from this place. Don't recommend at all. Although a response was received, however, considering the [non-existent] customer service - we weren't even greeted or simply asked "How can we help you?" Instead, 3 reps at the counter were discussing how to haul a huge pizza, the phone eventually rang right in front of us - after almost 2mins of us waiting for someone to at least to help us. One of the reps answered the phone & never once acknowledged us. I had to be the one to ask "If is this where we pick up pizza?" and then one said "Ah, yes, what's your name?" Horrible customer service. Not worth the trip, expense, or food.
this place has some of the best wings when it comes to mango sauce (not breaded).the people were super friendly and the place is run by people who care about the food.we ordered wings and pizza.wings was amazing. chipotle bbq was a bit over sauced which i did not but mango was brilliant.we ordered cheesesteak and buffalo pizza and buffalo pizza was sooo good.the chicken was cooked amazingly and unlike other places who just toss the chicken in buffalo and put it on top of the pizza. they cook the chicken with sauce and it brings an amazing flavor.this place was great!!!
I have been going here almost every other month for 7 years! Out of the 7 years I have ate from here, it never disappoints! The owner, Ashley is very sweet and goes above and beyond for every customer! If you have a complaint, Ashley will do her best to fix it! Chicken n Waffle Pizza, pickle sandwiches, tbh the best 24k wings, and plenty more. They updated there decor to accommodate sports bar feel. We have watched a boxing match once here and had no issue or feeling uncomfortable or unsafe. Definitely recommend! Bring your kids to eat in during the day to avoid the younger and busy crowds fri/sat.
Not my first time here!! Have to say it fell short today first of all had to place my order through grub hub!! Never had to do that before. I ordered my wings plan with the sauces on side and ordered a cheeseburger sub with pickles and other stuff. Get there my wings have the sauce on them the girl said it would be 35 mins if I wanted them fixed. Get home and literally my cheeseburger sub had NO bread it was 2 pickles with a cheeseburger inside. I’m very disappointed this time especially when you send $60. I think we could do better Champs!!
Way too expensive and their food is just mediocre. Everything about this place from having a murderer as an owner, his wife allowed him to use her car because it didn’t have a blow and go and now people are having sex/sleeping in the booths is shady. Absolutely disgusting if you support this place please look at the owners lengthy criminal record it should change your mind that is if you have great morals in life. All is on the judiciary site for then public to see.
they recently had bums having sex on their tables so that makes me feel like it's not a clean place. plus Sonny should be in a 20 foot hole for murdering a guy. just throw the whole place away.
Crab Pretzel = Amazing!, Service = Top notch! Sometimes to quick because their busy-> then lack of detail unfolds. But overall definitely <3 <3
