Ghetto, dirty, understaffed and horrible service... that is the best way to describe this location. As we parked, we noticed people walking out shaking their heads telling us not to go in. They said they were waiting 10 minutes and no one ever took their order. I thought they were just exaggerating and maybe it's not that bad. I waited 9 min and 32 seconds before the girl with red braids even made eye contact with me. She did not say anything and looked away. I asked her if I can place an order and she acted as if I was bothering her. She told the guy in drive thru to help me when he gets a chance. The poor guy in the drive thru looked like he was going to have a mental breakdown. After he took my order I waited an additional 8 minutes for the girl to call my order # and slam my bag of food on the counter. I asked for my drinks and she just ignored me. I asked again and she just pointed to the stack of empty cups (different sizes) as if I was supposed to reach over the counter to get it myself. I told her I ordered a box of apple juice but ignored me again. The poor guy in the drive thru saw the unhappy look on my face and handed me the apple juice. I saw a total of 3 workers in there.... I should have took the warning before walking in.
DONT USE DRIVE THRU!!! This is the worst Burger King I've been too. The drive thru is horrible, you tell them specifically to not add something and they add it anyway. IF SOMEONE TELLS YOU THEY HAVE A MAYO ALLERGY AND CANNOT HAVE MAYO, YOU DONT THEN SMOTHER IT ALL OVER THE BURGER. Pay attention and be safe, this neglect could hurt/kill someone
Placed a mobile order for breakfast. I showed up to the restaurant at 7AM and could see someone in the store, but couldn't get anyone to answer the drive through speaker. Had to leave for work without my order.
2 chicken sandwich and fries were hot and delicious not many people there.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Only went cause I had a coupon. Manager was rude and told me to go to McDonalds! This is why I go to Chick Fila! This Burger King has no customer service skills at all and this manager should be fired!! She would not serve me!
Last time I went here was 15 years ago to the day (yay, happy anniversary) and had a less than enjoyable experience. Let me preface this by saying never ever in my life have I ordered a burger WITH cheese. I go through the drive through and order 2 whoppers NO cheese. I receive my burgers but when I open them the ONLY thing on the burgers was cheese. I walk in and let them know that I asked for no cheese WITH all the other condiments. The girl apologized and said she would fix it. Immediately the manager comes storming from the back yelling "Get the hell out of here! You said cheese only!" I very calmly tell him that I have NEVER eaten cheese on a burger before. He tells me he's going to call the cops if I don't leave...I leave. Wherever that guy is today, I hope he's doing horrible.
I asked for napkins since none were placed in my bag. Onion rings were not hot or warm to the touch and the container was not filled to the top. I returned the onion rings and requested cook to order. I did not see any napkins in the bag again and inquired and was informed my the manager that they were out of napkins.

1 star is so much for this restaurant. The fountain for drinks was spilling from the over flow of water. The fruit punch tasted like a mixture of iced tea and fruit punch.Not only that but the whopper I ordered had a really bad stench and wasn’t even cooked properly. Due to this I will not be eating at Burger King again.
The people were friendly and fun but the burgers ? were cold and they just slopped the mayonnaise and condiments on. The bun was hard ( not from being toasted either) and the fries were soggy . I went there 2 days in a row back to back on 11/17 &11/18, same time approximately 12:30 & 1:30 and both times were horrible as far as food goes. However, the girls at the windows and the manager were very sweet, friendly and smiled !! Bought lunch for 5 people and my dog ?. Both times ..$22.00 & $21. Approximately...
