Poor expierence.Manager could not (or would not) honor what the app offered (free upside). Soda machine was out of coke. Also no ice. When I asked for some ice I got eye roll along with it.Drive thru line was 12 cars long and slow, which is why we went inside. Food given in bag even though we said for her, not to go.
Went because I like the burgers better then McDonald’s but the last 4 times I went they got my order wrong whether it be me getting the wrong item or just forgetting an entire meal. I don’t know how that’s possible but clearly the managers have poor training skills and poor standards. I called to mention they forgot an entire burger and fries and they hung up on me twice. Awful experience and will never go back.
Very slow service today. Not sure if they're missing a cook or not, but the manager called for somebody he wasn't there. She went back and made my very, very, sloppy Whopper with bacon and cheese. Wasn't much to look at, and it fell apart, but at least it was good. 9 minute wait was crazy, plus they only had small orders of fries and onion rings.....
I love burger king and never had problems but this one is near my doctors ,i go there once a month and i usually get lunch while in the area, i have had no problems in the past with this burger king on crain hwy. Glen Burnie, Md. But lately in the last 3 months the sandwiches are not fresh and two visits ago my sprite fountain soda was terrible and it had a rank taste like the nozzle and lines hadn't been cleaned in awhile then on my last visit i ordered the fish sandwich it had a strong fishy smell and it was awful, I had fish sand. From Bk from other Bk fast food but they had a good smell and nice hot and fresh but not this store it was horrible, i would have taken it back but i was already back on hwy. 97 on my way home and i wasn't trying to go back especially with rush hour starting so i just threw it away so needless to say i won't be going back to this particular Burger King !! ?
I was a worker at this store as the only white staff member. they are under staffed, under payed and over worked. the only good two managers here are gorge and magen. they change there work policy like crazy. they run out of Biscuits and whopper Jr Patty's ALOT. they don't allow call outs when sick (running a fevor, throwing up, flu, food Poisoning, ect). so I would be mindful on who is touching your food.
The wait time is terrible. I placed a mobile order for pick-up through the drive through. If I could have drove off I would have, had it not been for the enclosed lane. Fifteen minutes just sitting is definitely not FAST FOOD!
Went there with a coworker. We spent 15 min in the drive thru. When we received our food, the fries were half full, my Whopper Jr with only ketchup and no cheese had only cheese on it. The soda lines must have got crossed because our cokes tastes like caramel flavoring was heavily added. Wasted $14. Will not be back. Avoid at all costs. There is a Steak and Shake maybe a mile further down the road. Go there
After waiting at the drive through for almost 15 minutes before being asked for my order, I get home to find the 2 whoppers I ordered did NOT have cheese, extra onions or pickles as requested. To top things off, my order was $16 which I questioned while at the window. I'm really ticked off now, because not only do I feel I was over charged, but I did not get what I thought I had over paid for also!!!!! DO BETTER!
They serve Burger King food, like every Burger King. If you like Burger King food, then you will enjoy.....this Burger King. Does anyone actually check the reviews for a Burger King before going there? I mean, sure,....maybe you just woke up from a 50 year coma and aren't familiar with it. In that case, the food isn't awful but all sort of tastes the same. The onion rings are better than the fries.
I’ve frequented this location over the years. Recently my experiences have become more pleasant. The staffing seems to be of better quality and more caring.
