They were short staffed and didn't have enough food to fulfill online and I person orders. It happens often but the staff is very professional
I traveled 5 miles for this store to be closed before 11pm. The entrance was open but I wasn't allowed to order online or in person. Try updating your closing time to 10. You guys can do better
Had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy it was nasty it look n taste like something you feed your dog my kids got chicken in ate half the chicken which they said was OK but nothing to come back for.
Very friendly and courteous staff. Dining room was very clean. Food was fresh and hot, and for my particular taste, delicious.
Ordered dinner online for myself & a friend for curbside pickup. When friend pulled up they had to go inside as other customers did because no 1 was answering the phone. So many not able to do the no contact curbside pickup because phone kept ringing. And I get it. It's tough now with staffing shortages & folks quitting. As for the food it was DELICIOUS. Good portions: Nice amount of everything; ordered (2) 2 meat dinners; just did white + dark chicken, do not like their meatloaf. Chicken was AWESOME; not too salty perfectly cooked & seasoned- tender, great flavor.✌️? Sides were good but their creamed spinach is boss for me so yummy! Little cornbread loaf is always nice. Gravy a little WEAK but good. Chocolate cake was moist, rich, & DECADENT. Store was clean and meal + dessert prices are more than fair esp in times like these. Took off 1 star re: curbside pickup issues AND bec they forgot the cake with our order as well as the 2 sodas included with the meal and friend had to go back to get them; we are all in a hurry but check your order anywhere you go staff are rushed doing their best and will sometimes miss something. They were very nice though no hassles no explaining. Also decent customer service being so busy, short- staffed, & in continued Covid times.? I saw this place full of customers the day of thanksgiving. The staff was handling it as best as they could with the onslaught of pickup orders and customers coming in at last minute to order food.Our order got lost in the madness and the manager was kind enough to help my aunt fulfill her order and got us out promptly with what we desired. The employees were not complaining and were very friendly. You could see they were tired and exhausted from the holiday rush but they all kept a smile and were very polite.
Kudos to the front line workers! They did an exceptional job. The store manager was horrible! Instead of telling customers in line that he was going to stop taking orders. The poor front line guy told everyone. I heard the manager say he has a $800 orders that he needs to get done so people in line had to wait. People in line were sympathetic for the workers but the manager should treat his people better.
Honestly I love Boston Markets food! Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience this time. I didn't understand why at dinner time being unprepared with dinner food being ready and available. Telling me at 5:30pm that I have to wait 40 minutes for a individual turkey meal. Now I do realize things aren't what they used to be. But these are staples for The Boston Market establishment. Things like this should have extras made at dinner rush.
