4/16/2022 Around 5pm: Pulled up to the drive-thru. My son wanted to get a scoop of half vanilla and half chocolate. The lady told me that they were out of chocolate ice cream. I asked what other flavors they had instead, she told me strawberry. My son was ok with that, so good enough. For myself, I asked if they could make milkshakes, thinking they would have multiple, not ice cream, flavored syrups. She said yes. I then asked for chocolate. The lady literally screamed at the top of her lungs, "WE'RE OUT OF CHOCOLATE!!!“. I said, "I'm done" and left. First and last time I've ever been here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You don't need to have yourself or child screamed at.
1st, it was 4 o'clock in the afternoon and the inside of the restaurant was closed. 2nd, the line for the drive-thru was around the building and into the streets because the building wasn't open. 3rd, I ordered a 2 scoop sundae with caramel, nuts, whipped cream and a cherry. They charged me $0.99 extra for one cherry and there wasn't any caramel on my Sunday. The line was too long to go back 2 rectify the problem. I asked the cashier, when I got to the window, to repeat my order and it was still wrong

My experience was subpar. They are understaffed so their was a long wait even though there were only two people in front of me. When the lady did get to me, she sat my waffle cone for the ice cream on the counter which absolutely disgusting. The person that accompanied me got a bowl of ice cream and there were no spoons.
AWESOME! VERY CLEAN, ORGANIZED AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! CRAZY I LIVE IN THE AREA AND JUST DISCOVERED THIS DUNCAN ?/BASKIN, I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! A+++
Product great, HOWEVER service was very slow.
I live Baskin Robbins the drive thru is pretty fast, the staff is always polite.
The website says they are open until 12 am. We were in the drive thru at 8 pm and they told us they weren't serving ice cream. Only Dunkin. They were serving coffee at 8 pm on a Friday night but not ice cream?
