Great Food Great Service still good after all These years
Pretty disappointed the last couple times. Wife came in tonight and ordered food. We got home and both footlongs were completely wrong. She then drove 20 mins back and was told they will get her the correct food when they get to her. ??umm if it was made correctly the first time she would not be back! Long time customer and the service has went to crap.
Great place for chili dog. with mustard and onions.
Okay. I am going to say something that is true about this place. It is not the best hot dog you will ever have but it is very good. They also don't have the best shakes but they are also very good. The reason you go is for the whole experience. It is Old School Maryland to its core. I highly recommend you sit at the counter and eat a double dog with a chocolate shake and watch the folks put together the food and listen to the orders. Well worth it every time!
We love Ann's. It's a staple in AACo. For birthdays in our house, you get to choose your dinner. My son chooses Ann's for his birthday dinner every year. Yum!Make sure you know what you want, expect to wait and be patient. The food and shakes are amazing. Nothing is a bad choice. Make sure you get picture by the hotdog...it's a must!
My first experience was good. I had the triple dog... very tasty. The fries with chili and cheese...I would leave off the toppings. And finished it off with the chocolate shake...Mmmmm.Mmmm.
This place use to have really good subs I don't know what happened but I'll never eat here again. 1st you $9 for 2 steak-ums2nd the bread is so big you can't even taste the steak-um. Let alone the have diced onions. I mean who does that on a sub. 1 lost customer...
Small and old school with the most friendliest staff. Classic milk and ice cream milkshakes with non greasy fries perfect for dipping in the shakes. The hotdogs are perfectly topped off to be non messy but packed full of deliciousness!!
Food is great. That part of the experience I hope stays the same.However, they really need to stop relying on their brains to track huge orders and are in dire need of a POS system. They unfortunately forgot things in my order and, unfortunately for them, they forgot to even charge me because they wait til the end to ring it up.This isn’t a knock on the workers. They’re fantastic. But literally no one should be expected to remember giant, complex orders. It makes the experience unnecessarily hectic and they lost money I was sitting there wanting to give them for food I wanted.I tried to insist they had forgotten something when one of the worker’s recited the order incorrectly. After I corrected her, she said “yeah that’s what I said.” It’s just kind of ridiculous. They are in the weeds. They want to rush you out the door, which is fine. I’m here for it. I love places with that old-school attitude.But, if you’re going to do that, you better get it right.Please, PLEASE get a POS system.
I've been going here for a very long time. Everything was good but I feel that the subs have gotten smaller with less ingredients. My car used to smell like Ann's for days and this time it didn't.
