The food was really good, great variety and taste. There were unique sushi rolls that were surprisingly very well done (spicy mango).But.Not enough variety to justify the cost difference with other buffets.Service was awful. I had to politely ask 4 times if I could get a high chair with one person even saying it wasn’t their job. We got drinks from the server and they pulled our plates. That’s it, no refills. Terrible attitudes. Self service buffet. So the waitress comes back and chastises me for not meeting their tip guidelines. No ma’am.1. I find it extremely rude that someone comes over arguing about how much we should tip2. Why pay a 20% tip for a self service buffetGreat food but definitely not going back

This used to be my favorite sushi place. It has change ownership multiple times lately and is not what it used to be. Is still ok.

The place looks like a full Japanese vibe inside. I liked the indoor environment. But I had better sushi and soup in other places, compared to at a cheaper price. The price is a bit more expensive in my opinion, compared to the food taste.

We walked in right after the buffet which was the wrong time. Tables all needed cleaned. They found a space for us but we must have interrupted their break because we got the stinky eye the whole time. There were about 7 sushi chefs so you would think your order would come out fast but not sure why. However, the sushi was very good. Quality fish. Service not so much. Expensive. Buffet seems like a better option.

Prices went up but the sushi in town really doesn’t get much better than Yuraku. Top notch quality and well worth the increased pricing for buffet. They also do kids and toddler rates as well so it helps make taking the hungry kids a no brainer.

A good place for all-you-can-eat sushi buffet.Unfortunately, price has increased over time while the quality has declined. I think they have tried to go overboard with their rolls, to the point where sometimes you don't know what you're eating. Beyond that, some of their roll "creations" were a bit too bold for my taste. Banana and fish sushi is a step too far. While the fish used to be much higher quality, I will say they do have an assortment of good sashimi and "normal" rolls, which to me gives enough variety and enjoyable sushi to be able to rate Yuraku 4 stars. On occasion, they also serve "special" rolls with more ingredients that have combinations that work together.Overall, I would recommend giving this place a try. There aren't too many sushi buffets in the area, and this one does a decent job. A nice place to come with friends or family.

I have frequented Yuraku for years and have always been impressed with the food, service and environment. But this year we were missing a scallop roll and two different types of dumplings from our takeout order and the restaurant never made good on the products or the problems. I was tied up over Christmas and did not reach out to them until early January when I notified them of the issue. At the very least - after being a customer for over a decade - I expected they would make good on what was missing from the order. Instead they never found a copy of my order and refused to believe I was telling the truth without it. I was very disappointed in them and will definitely try to find other sushi options to replace them. They acted as though I was lying - can you imagine - it was Christmas Eve and we ordered several vegan rolls and we did not have enough food to feed the non-Vegans among us. They should be ashamed of themselves for not believing us and following up.

This place used to be very good for the lunch buffet but it is too expensive now. It is 22.99 for weekday. Was 19.99 just in October. Used to be 14.99 pre COVID. The salmon nigiri has thinner salmon slices and more rice. Still a very small space inside with everyone seated close together.

We ordered sushi rolls and vegetable with noodles. Food and service were good ? However, the soy sauce on the table did not seem right. Its taste and color made us think that it was mixed with water ? I had to soak the rolls in the sauce but still did not have enough taste of the sauce ??‍♀️

Lunch Buffet sushi was very good. However my only complaint is that I had a gift certificate but they didn't honor it. That's $30 down the drain. Other than that everything was good.
