Purchased on the app Feb 8, 2022. When I went to pick up was told item had been discontinued in late 2021. Why was I allowed to complete the purchase if item was no longer available? Was told I'd get a refund in 3-5 business days. Came in 4 separate times to inquire about my refund not coming in. Info was always written down by manager and nothing ever happened. Its now been nearly 2 months. Was lied to about refund already having been issued and that it can take up to 3 weeks or more to have it be processed. Was told sometimes it doesn't show on the bank statement. Awful terrible company when it comes to refunds. Bad customer service. Horrible management. Opened a dispute through my bank. Funds were available the next day less than 24hrs. later.
Wings and fries were very good. I was surprised at the spice level. The mango habanero was pleasantly very spicy. The body language and hospitality of server was not great nor welcoming especially for a first timer therefore only 4 stars
Highly dissatisfied with this location. This used to be a great location with great food and service but my pick up order tonight was unacceptable. I asked for ranch & paid extra for it and received blue cheese. My “seasoned fries” were not seasoned at all and were completely cold and soggy. My wings barely had any sauce on them at all. My drink was also missing from my order and I had to inform the staff that I was missing my drink from my order which they then hesitantly gave me a cup as if they didn’t have my order available for them to view. Really dissatisfied with the quality of the food and the fact that multiple things were incorrect with my order. I didn’t even finish eating all my food that’s how disappointed I was. I will not be recommending this location to anyone. Not sure if they have gotten new management but, whatever the case they need to tighten up.
Been slackin lately. For ex- Last night they ran out of traditional wings, tonight it was cajun corn. Ive never had to worry abt things of this nature when it came to this location, it used to be my go to. & this is just what happened this week. Idk what’s been going on ??♀️
Awful!! Pricey! Wings were tasteless except for the crispy skin fat. An order of 12 wings, french fries and 2 fountain sodas cost about $25.00. Most of the soda varieties were unavailable. All of the food ended up in the trash. Side sauce for the wings cost extra that also were trashed.
Hello. This afternoon my sisters fiancé picked up a wingstop order. When he got him we noticed that we were missing 3 ranches.This was very time consuming because I had to go back out and drive over to collect the rest of our ranches. As a arrive back home from getting the rest of our ranches we start eating our dinner.My sister notices that her fries are not done! They are not cooked at all literally raw potatoes basically. This was not the only thing! I opened up my celery and they’re bad out of all of them I’m only able to salvage 2.We are very disappointed with our order tonight!
The demand for their wings can be very-very high so make sure to order ahead of time on peak hours, especially on busy nights! Apart from everyone in Germantown ordering here during peak hours the food is definitely worth it. I like to go in and place my orders then head over to the local pet store, grocery store, and even the shoe store on occasion to burn time. They have a ton of variety of flavor and heat intensity, which is a part of the reason (I assume) they get so many orders on busy nights. Again, don't hate on them for ordering during peak hours, there is a lot of demand going on, so expect a longer wait than say a mid afternoon order.
Tasty, hot, and fresh wings and great friendly staff. I especially love the Orange Schezhuan and Louisiana Rub flavors. Staff always gets orders ready quickly.
