Ordered a Dave’s double cheeseburger, it tasted so bad I almost couldn’t eat it. They put extra amount of pickles when I said I didn’t want any pickles. The burger was very soggy and dripping. Ingredients were falling out of the sandwich and they were stale. The cashier at the checkout window is a huge jerk and he looked like he couldn’t care less about anything. I don’t plan on eating here again, and this restaurant needs to make better food. I really wish I could give zero stars.
I wish they had the option for ZERO stars this location is horrible and unprofessional especially the evening JAMAICAN crew. They act like they don’t want to understand or speak English then to top it off they’re RUDE. Definitely don’t recommend this Wendy’s.
They got ONE JOB. The suposed manager was at the drive through and took my order. I specifically said to fahim my order in detail. Number 1 double, everything no onions, with extra pickes large. I then stated please make my sandwich with fresh cook to order freah meat. He put on the reciept “WELL DONE”. Then didnt put on there no onions. I am allergic to raw onions. So my order comes, the burger is dried up ovet cooked. Then he say he told them to make it fresh. This young mans name is Jose as a manager needs to listen carefully when a customer says “ I am a picky eater”. That means priortize your listening to make sure you get this customer right. I only say this because of my allergy to raw onions. Jose needs to be demoted until he is mature enough to handle this position alone. The young lady Sara was frustrated because of him. She was cooking all alone. So he should have made sure he made her job as less stressful as possible. He should have been on the grill to ensure quality control. Alex was also great. Sara is leadership material. She and Alex de-esculated the issue as if they were the manager and assistant. May you all should try her and Alex as a shift managers. I will talk to management in the day time.
Got there drive through after gym 11:28 pm Tuesday to get crispy chicken sandwiches. I just requested to make the sandwiches fresh and hot and also told them i can wait extra time. I was denied and told they make them fresh already. I go to this place always never had this issue to add cook on the sandwich patty. If i don't say them to add cook the crispy chicken sandwich is always cold and chewy . The employee taking order didn’t have the knowledge that there is a difference between pre made sandwich patty and freshly cooked sandwich patty.
Had an issue with my order the guy at the window took care of it. I didn't get his name but I wanna say thanks for the great customer service and to the lady that was helping too.
Lady wearing the tan skully cap was very rude when taking my order. She sighed when I wanted to add to my order and it was quite audible that she didn’t want to be taking my order or providing customer service. And they took forever to give me my receipt they didn’t even think to keep the paper filled. Overall terrible experience just rude and unfriendly.
Was very disappointed! My chicken sandwich was ice cold. I don't even think they cooked it. Had to microwave it to eat it. My medium fry was about half full and the fries were old and soggy... The frosty was good. At least there was that... Too bad... Bad management...
Great breakfast and service! We were traveling and had a coupon. They accepted the coupon, were very friendly during the whole process, and our breakfast croissant sandwiches were excellent for fast food. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for somewhere quick and don't care about the calories.
This Wendy's location from my experience has great staff. Order was made fresh with hot fries & quick to boot. My only issue with Wendy's is their menu items can be pricey depending on what you want but they do offer a lot of variety compared to McDonald's like the $5 Biggy Bag. To top it all their Frosty machine is always working & the Frosty's are always a must.
40 min wait in drive thru to get the wrong order. Horrible customer service. These are the same clowns saying they don't get paid enough. If you do your job even remotely correct you might be worth extra money
