Perfect spot for an impromptu evening out with the guys, hitting a couple rounds of golf while enjoying good food and drinks. The buffalo dip is delicious, as well as the fish tacos. A heavy rain storm came through while we played, but we didn’t get a drop of rain on us thanks to the covered playing area.
First time visiting and it won’t be our last! KATIE, our server was amazing! Her customer serves was superb. She assisted in helping my daughter have a very enjoyable birthday! Love the service and the ambience setting of putting off a balcony. Great way to relieve stress and get a workout at the same time . Super fun. Great for a date or family/friends gathering. The golfing was fun but the management was not. The place was maybe 1/3 full and we had 11 at a table (3 over their limit) and all management could do was continually come over and ask us to purchase another table (@$50 a pop). With no other parties around us and the fact that we were purchasing food and drinks it seemed a lot tacky. We made it fun but management killed the mood. Recommend you pass on this place if you have a large group.
Who said I can't play golf now lol??. This is the place where I learned all my moves ?. Shout out to top golf, place with great atmosphere and enjoyment. Sometimes the waiting time sucks but at least you gnna have fun when you turn comes. The food taste great ( American Style ) and the drinks ? are great as well...
The service was terrible here. The waiter that we originally had swapped out of his shift and just left after putting our orders in no heads up or anything. The second waiter did not put everybody's food in and was taking forever to even check on us. The food descriptions were not explained when we asked. The Junior cheeseburger that a person in our party ordered was a SLIDER which was not stated in the description- we could've just ordered a normal meal. We asked for fries topped with cheese - when those came they had extra toppings once again no clarification. The Chicken sandwich and all fries that we received were dry and not seeming to be fresh. When our food finally came out we were missing two meals- waited an hour just for food (almost the entire play time). Our drinks took almost 30 minutes to come out. The orders were all very simple not sure as to why all of this went really bad when Topgolf is not a complicated place to play and eat. Our server name was Jonathan and the managers name was James , Jonathan tried to inform him of our troubles and as a manager he had no care or concern as to what was going on. He didn't even know the main question out of the other bill questions we had and as a manager the MAIN answer you should know at Top Golf - THE PRICING for play. Very unsatisfied and regardless of how many people go there we will not be back.
Waste of time and bigger waste of money. Buddies said it was great, went along. Walked in place looks very nice and clean. Get a lane there top deck but are quickly told we can only play for an hour because there is a party coming in. We get started and the computer isn’t working correctly. Hostess took forever to come take drink and food orders. Then there are rules against having a control and ordering a pitcher. Computer needs to be restarted but doesn’t restart. We have to move lanes. Luckily we got the Just available spot beside us. Food and drinks come. I see the pitcher has something weird looking inside. We drink, I inspect. It is a large, hollow, metallic tube that is designed to prevent at least one pint of beer from being served!! Misrepresentation of a pitcher of fluid. We are compensated lane time and some of the food, but the bill is still outrageous. First and last time I will visit BottomGolf.
Our waitor Chris was the nicest young man,very well spoken and kind. Customer service is what always makes me return to an establishment and he definitely made an impression. If we return its simply because of his great customer service. The food was awesome as well!!!For my first time it was great! The heating could've been better but that's a minor technicality. Keep up the great work this place is great!
We came here for the 1st time for my grandson 13th birthday. The moment we walked in , professional staff we're on point, no cell phone usage, in uniforms, name tags on, and couldn't do enough for us.Customer service was the Grandest, I've seen in a while!!Great because of Tori and Ms. Heather, the Manager, checking on us. We enjoyed the food, it came to the table hot, with cloth napkins, real silverware and real glasses. We will definitely be back to this location. Today was my family’s and myself first experience with Top Golf, it was not short of amazing!! The staff were all so polite, very accommodating, and super attentive. The manager Heather was a sweetheart, my bay assistant Note was super sweet and attentive!!! On top of the amazing experience it was my sons 8th Birthday and The manage Heather and her staff made it super special with Gifts and treats, and a hand written card. He hasn’t stopped talking about the visit!! Top Golf and staff continue to keep up the amazing work!!! Great Job, Thank You!! The Mays Family !!!
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! From the time we walked in to the time we left, EVERYONE was super friendly & helpful! I was so happy with the experience because it was our first visit & we were celebrating our daughters birthday. I ended up letting the manager working that day how happy I was with everything. DEFINITELY worth the money! Great food & a fun atmosphere!
