I ate here yesterday and immediately regretted it. I highly recommend avoiding this place unless you prefer:1. Lousy, lethargic service2. Patronizing a place where everyone hates their life3. Getting food that is well below the franchise standard (see photos for recession-like tacos that are missing everything like it is rationed)You dont even get what you pay for here!
Ask for beef but get a whole load of lettuce instead. Their night staff always messes up, no matter what I order, but this is ridiculous. A small bite of meat? :/ I'd give this place 0 stars if I could, hire better employees.
Seem to be a very clean and well run restaurant. We came in for lunch or greeted quickly and he order was taken with a minimum of fuss. Food came pretty quickly and it was hot, exactly what we ordered. Pretty much like it should be.
My son and I walked in around 11:05. There was someone working the drive through and two others unpacking stuff. I put my hand up to get the person's attention, she looked at me, and walked away to unpack. We waited about 3 more minutes, the three people were still busy unpacking, so we left.If I could give zero stars, I would. Whilst I understand that there is a labor shortage, I also understand that this place wouldn't need staff if they had no customers. Looks like they lost me as a customer. I wonder how many others their "no service" attitude loses them.
Their drive thru service is poor. They are very slow and make you wait for an hour almost! Had a Door Dash order and arrived at 11:16 pm and the order said pick up by 11:20 pm. I waited and finally picked up at 11:48 pm. It was very frustrating and many people came to the line waited and after 10 minutes or less just pulled put of the line. If you are in a rush and cannot wait an hour for your order than go to a different drive thru resturant.
I made two different orders and went to go pick them up. When I did The lady behind the counter snatched my bag from me cuz she thought it wasnt mine. I showed her my receipt then she was like “oh haha”. You used to be able to charge your phone at that taco bell but ever since like 5 years ago it has gone to sh*t
So this feels weird to write as it is a Taco Bell. But this place deserves some love. This Taco Bell has yet to let me down. I always arrive home with everything I ordered, everything is properly cooked/pressed (like quesadillas and grilled burritos), they don't skimp on anything, and the service is Chick-fil-A worthy. The people who work drive thru are genuinely nice, double check your order, and make you want to come back again.
They always get the order right! We have been coming here for years, the drive thru never messes up our order yay ?
This is the best taco bell now. I used to go here and it was dirty and my food would take too long and not be hot.Semi recently things have improved so much. Food is fast - even custom orders - and it is so much cleaner. Even their packaging is better now
The employees don't have any intention of helping you when picking up your mobile order even when you've been waiting right in front of them for 5 minutes. This is consistently a problem and not a one-time thing. The management does not care to rectify this as he's working the front inside half the time I go here.
