Specifically asked for no lettuce 3 times and I still end up with lettuce on my tacos.
I ordered extra red sauce in my burrito and I got no red sauce at all. Hard to believe it wasn't on purpose since the order taker repeated it back to me. Also, no receipt. This happened around 4pm today.

Poorly ran, poor management, poor customer service. Forgot to put half the order in the bag. Drove all the way home to find out. Drove back, barely received a sorry, let alone a manager on duty apology.Renovated the location for no reason. Chain, fast food restaurant so it will survive even with them putting out terrible service.Check your bag before leaving.Notice how management/owners of this location don’t even respond to customer feedback
Visited this place on a Saturday evening in January, very bad experience with the drive thru! Menu is so far that you can’t order without glasses or if you are visually impaired. The person in charge of the orders didn’t try to help with the details. She charged me for full meal including the drinks, while i just wanted the tacos without anything else. And i insisted on no drinks! Im not sure if supreme means combo meal but she just didn’t want to explain. Upon receiving my order, i eventually requested at least 2 of the large drinks out of the 4 large drinks that were due to me! And they forgot the sauces! I will never go back again !
Solid choice for CHEAP, FAST, and TASTY Americanized Mexican cuisine. Personally prefer hard shell tacos to soft tacos so I may be biased. As long as you keep your expectations reasonable you will not be disappointed.
Couldnt fit through drive through , and employees refused to take my order at door . had to completely unhook from my trailer to pull through and order food. Took forever to get me my food as well.
Food is cheap, but not bad. Who doesn't like flour and cheese?
The drive-thru customer service is so bad you can't help but laugh ? the guy taken order sounds miserable and then you pull up and you can see it too ?
They had limited options, I asked for fresco and they didn't wanna add it. I tried to add an item at the window and they said no i have to go back in drive thru line that took 20 min to go through. Bad service
