I would give it a ZERO!! For costumer service. There was a Asian lady today and she was very rude with my daughter and her little puppy. There is not a post of not dogs allowed anywhere! Besides we can’t leave a puppy outside. Never coming back to this place again.!!
Get the pineapple flavor with strawberry bubbles! Love coming to this place every few months to get something healthier than ice cream
Please train your young employees to have better customer service. They weren't helpful at all, and they talked to us with an attitude.
I would give his place ZERO STARS. I went in yesterday and this old Asian lady who was working there was so rude and getting an attitude with me and my service dog. SHE KICKED US OUT SHE GOT AT ME AND MY FUR BABY. SHE SAID TO GET OUT!SHE DISCRIMINATED US I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE WITH RUDE EMPLOYEES !!!!!!!!!
I used to enjoy bringing my kids here but after our last visit, we won’t be back. I typically come in when I receive a promo text. I got to the counter and when I mentioned the discount to the cashier, he at first didn’t seem to know what I was talking about, and then confirmed if I recieved the text, I could get the promo. That was all fine, until he helped the customer after me, who clearly wasn’t signed up for the text alerts, and advised them of the current promo. I felt a blatant difference in the way I was served as a consumer, and hopefully it wasn’t racial tension. Whatever it was, I refuse to spend my money here if you aren’t going to treat me equally to your other consumers. And this is supposed to be a Christian Faith based company, which makes this experience even more disheartening.

I walked inside Sweet Frog to check out thier safety measures at this (hopefully) tail end of the pandemic. I was pleased to see that they had three dairy-free options, but their toppings are still self-serve and exposed... just as they were pre-pandemic. There were no safety measures in place aside from the small bottle of hand sanitizer nearby. This would be fine if everyone was required to wear masks, but that requirement was recently lifted and I just wasn't ready to trust other constomers yet. If you are ready to head back to "normal" then enjoy your visit. I still need a bit more time. I removed one star for thier lack of physical barriers between the customer and the toppings. Not for the mask wearing, which was in compliance with current regulations.
Clean and great flavors to choose from, as well as a lot of topping choices.
