Came to this place to order special of the day today. Tuesday special is oven roasted chicken which I ordered. The sign states $6.99 plus tax for 6 in sub, drink and chip. At the checked out, the cashier named Esperanza, charged me $8.78. I asked her why that much. She said I have to pay tax. I told her the tax is 6%. Added on the combo, total cost should be only $7.41. She said she does not know. Requested to speak to manager who is not at the site. So folks, check your total to avoid overcharge. This store will be boycotted on my list.

Subway is always my favorite as whichever location you go it is always the same and fresh . In Germantown it’s located inside a complex where there are other restaurants too. Huge parking space is also available.I have tried subway wraps too and it is very good. My fav is always a veggie patty sub made with the below combination. Try and see.1 . Food was fine, the person who made the sandwich was fine but it wasn’t until after my order was completely fulfilled that I was told that the manager wasn’t accepting any coupons so I could not use my buy one get one free sandwich voucher that should have been perfectly valid. I don’t blame the cashier at all since it’s not their fault. It’s just frustrating since I only went to get lunch for my family there because of the coupon and paid double what was expected. There should be at least a sign out front since our community gets absolutely littered with these Subway coupon flyers every few weeks or so and being one of the few Subways in the area, people would expect to be able to use them there.

I ordered four sandwiches on August 7th. I went online and tried ordering but an alert saying try again because the cart had expired came up, so I ordered it again after refreshing. However what I didn’t know was that the first order had gone through! When I came to pick it up, they asked if I had ordered twice, and I said that it was a mistake. They didn’t say anything after that. I assumed that they had taken care of my problem. It was a week after that I noticed they had charged me twice. So I called them to ask either a refund or sandwiches, but they said they can’t refund and I have to pay again if I want sandwiches. The manager called me again later saying they threw the sandwiches away. I’m very disappointed by the customer service, they could have done better by simply alerting me through my phone number that I left, instead the manager yelled at me to buy the sandwiches again if I wanted to eat them. Paying for twice of what I got, it was simply confusing and dissatisfactory. As a result they lost a customer with three hungry children.

Outstanding quality when it comes to the food and the service is prompt. When it comes to fast food restaurants, it's all about food, everytime you go they have what.is featured on the menu, and the service is respectful.

Polite staff, always had a short wait time to be served.
