Ordered a frap with almond milk, no whip. Regular milk was used. No fun since I am lactose intolerant.
Ordered Americano with splenda and steamed cream. I don’t consume sugar for health reasons. Came home to taste coffee that’s pure syrup and see it has 10 packets of sugar on the label. Entire drink should be hot as I asked for steamed cream. My drive is 2 minutes. But it’s lukewarm. What happened? The location was not busy with in store customers and didn’t see pile up of mobile orders. Ruined my evening because I really looked forward to a hot Americano. Usually - I order this drink daily - it’s spot on. Really disappointed and don’t want to drive over again to get a replacement. Taste of syrupy sugar hard to get rid of. Waste of time and money ? Went back the next day and placed same order. Again, dame barista kept trying to ring up sugar and not Splenda. Made me pay for it although I spoke with her night before and she agreed it should be remade or refunded. Americano was lukewarm and I threw it out. Tried again the next day with different barista, same location. Splenda no problem but again it was lukewarm. Gave up. Will start going to different location.
I love the Starbucks I come here frequently. I came in a few days ago. It was a busy day and the manager was a bit rude she walked off to her employee on break snapping her fingers saying get off break I have things to do in the back. I couldn't not see that as a pleasant exchange and some what degrading.
Very friendly staff on Sunday afternoon. The team member who took my order was patient as I made a few substitutions. (I'm not a very regular customer, so it took me a minute.) Thanks!
recently this starbucks has been very unpleasant. despite the nice atmosphere of customers my last view visits have been nothing but plain wrong. I ordered an iced drink that was hot with ice in it and took 30 minutes to prepare, didn’t even taste like tea. Like watery breast milk instead of oat milk inside as well. Tried a mobile order before hand and took them 30 minutes as well, i ve missed my bus twice waiting for them, the newest barista does not know what they’re doing and the staff do not seem to communicate. Even when there are 3+ baristas working at once it takes them absolutely forever. I don’t usually write reviews but i’ve never been anywhere this low quality.
This is my third time there at the KingsView Shopping Center in Germantown MD I ordered a Bacon Gouda sandwich banana bread and a Carmel macchiato I got two banana breads & a Carmel macchiato. The lady who took my order was nice but the guy making the drinks was a bit rude. Putting drinks down at the same spot where you can't reach. Intruding on social distancing. I had to remind him of second drink. Then he seemed not to like that. Sticker said 2 of 2. He was already working on next person's drink. I'm glad they had my peppermint syrup.
Mobile orders are never ready to pick up, just had to leave without my coffe after placing order 25 mins before arrival bc i was on a tight schedule… bad service
The woman who served me had a horrible attitude. Absolutely was passive aggressive over everything, from giving the sugar to me asking for a stirer. “You can get a straw” she said to me. My response, “you can get a stirer”. This is a Starbucks, not some self service gas station coffee place. I don’t expect to be met with hand and foot service, but being polite and having available utensils and some sugar seems like not much to ask. I would not come back.
Really friendly staff working here and they always do a great job with my drink. I always do mobile order and it’s usually ready on time. The pandemic has severely affected supply chains so it’s best to give people working at places like Starbucks some grace.
