So so slow. Like one gut was waiting for a drip coffee for 19min ?, I waited 15min for a late, make your own coffee or just go literally anywhere else...
My wife and I got 2 Trenta Iced Green Teas and they were awesome. 14 pumps of the liquid sugar. Perfection.
First impression is key & this location gets a 5 from me!!! The staff was friendly & welcoming as soon as you walk in. My coffee tasted a bit water down but one of the batistas(Morgan) gave me a fresh cup with no hesitation. It's rare to find people who are sincerely kind nowadays. This is the first but not the last I'll be coming to this location. Thanks!

Rosanna is super awesome. She knows how to lift people spirit instantly with her cheerful attitude. The entire employees work well together, they are like a well oiled machine helping each other out. Very impressed!
This is by far the coolest Starbucks around. The employees here on a Saturday are top notch! They ALL welcome you into the store, are super upbeat, work extremely well together and thank you on your way out. I don't think I've ever been treated so kindly just buying a coffee. GREAT JOB Starbucks at hiring a truly remarkable team.
My experience at this Starbucks was awesome, each worker did their parts, which made my time memorable! My drink was delectable and it was in my favorite color, GREEN! And my daughter got hers as well, WHITE! All Delish!!
During my visit in mid-February of 2021, indoor seating was not available due to county restrictions. However, it was nice that all chairs were removed because it provided a spacious area to social distance from other customers. There were about 10 people ordering/waiting for drinks and we all were able to be more than 6 feet apart. The baristas were very friendly and worked quickly to get everyone their drinks ASAP. Thanks for great customer service and for keeping the premises clean!
The lady took my order cheated me by charging extra. I asked for receipt and this was a problem until I finally got it. The whole time she's avoiding receipt by attending to justify extra charge. After another lady in charge got my receipt, went over my order and indeed had to issue refund. Food is Mediocre.
