Terrible dining experience here. We practically got out drinks with our food, the appetizer didn’t come until our meal came which was terrible. The food runner was beyond rude and the drink guy gave us a nice eye roll when we asked him for honey mustard. Definitely not eating at Red Robin again. Terrible Father’s Day Dinner and it wasn’t even that busy. Would be more understandable if it was slamming busy..
Ordered on App. I arrived ahead of the estimated time. At 5 minutes past the estimated time, I refreshed the App. The order still showed in progress and I had not received an email update. I walked in to ask about the status. My order was on the rack, it had been there on time. I did not receive an update because the staff did not update the status. The order was as expected. I live a few minutes away. The food temperature would have been more acceptable if the order did not sit an extra 5 minutes waiting for me to ask about it.
It's a nice spot. Great place to take kids. I wish the menus was a little more diverse. If you're looking for burgers and fries, this is the place.
The service was amazing!! The food was filling and is beyond word description (amazing,fantastic, tres bon!!) The drinks were refreshing and the bathrooms are so clean!! Me and my family recommend this place to all of you! This is really a gourmet restaurant!
The food is great!! But service is not the best. Granted we did go on a Saturday evening so it was a little busy, but there was plenty of staff on. And when there are many people standing around I wouldn't think I would have to ask a few times for refills or fries etc.
Server was nice, but not attentive. We asked for A-1 sauce, it was brought to us after we finished our meal. It took a while to get some more fries. Never got a chance to ask for a drink or dessert. I just wanted to get out check & leave.
Consistent across red robins. Bottomless fries but healthy sized first basket so didn't need to re order. Good burger as expected.
Ordered a Bacon BBQ burger to-go and whoever prepped it decided to drown it with an entire bottle of mayonnaise for whatever reason??? Mayo doesn't even go on a BBQ burger to begin with, much less dumping about 3 burgers worth of sauce on it. I've had good service at this location before but this food was so bad it was almost offensive. Won't be returning and will advise people to stay away.P.S: Please pay your employees a livable wage, because I know you don't.
Onion rings are not really my favorite I tried them I didn’t care for them tbh. I prefer Cheese sticks here instead. But the Royal burger is my favorite here. Great service to. It sometimes be slow. Just sometimes. My boyfriend likes to eat here. He saids You guys are killing it. The burgers here are good. Now There’s this guy here I be noticing when I come here just coming out with the food fast. Back and forth to each table all by himself. I gotta say he was moving. The servers here was really nice!
The Food is so good here. Definitely coming back here. There fries are ok to. The server Daniel was so Nice. And there’s one guy there I see by himself sometimes name Malik who brings out the food so quickly he’s a good server as well!
